Ia hanya satu perhentian dari stesen kereta api linear, jadi saya dapat mengambil penerbangan awal pagi tanpa perlu bangun awal. Biliknya juga luas dan bersih. Basuh tangan di sinki mempunyai bau yang sangat harum. Saya ingin tinggal lagi semasa Pameran Perdagangan China Timur. Satu kelemahan ialah sarapannya tidak enak. . .

Hotel locations is good, in front of the park. But not many Restaurant and quite far from shopping mall.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The different types of pillows provided by the hotel was a blessing to my wife and I. We have been travelling for the past 2 weeks and we did not sleep well as we are not used to the other hotels' pillows. Dorsett various pillow selections really helped us to catch a good night sleep. We had a good view of the Century Park from our room at level 21. The hotel is also near to the Metro supermarket which is just 1 train stop away at Longyang station. Bought a great tasting bayberry flavoured beer from the supermarket. Hotel staffs are very helpful and polite.

Very hygienic and beautiful hotel. Best for relaxation and about 7km from city centre. About 30minutes away from airport. Strategically located where easy to commute

The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is connected to the Century Park Metro through the side door of the hotel. There is a fairly large garden park across the road. There isn't many conveniences or eateries around the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our short 2 night stay at the Dorsett. Very conveniently located and easy to get to by taking Metro Line 2, Century Park Station, exit 4. Directly across the street from the amazing Century Park. The upgrade to the Park-view room side is worth it! Century Park is a marvel with lots of activity. We spent a lot of time at the Park. Try to catch the water fountain show in the evening. Really special to see. The room is quite unique in style and art. Solid walls ensured great sleep. Special mention must be made of the great shower in the rooms - including a rainforest shower head with very strong and hot water. What a relaxing treat. The breakfast is not quite at the high level of other hotels we've stayed at in China, the selection is a little small with not as many choices. But it was still good and fresh. All service was friendly and helpful. Thank you to The Dorsett for making our stay at happy one. We hope to return to Shanghai soon!

Great ambience and aroma throughout the hotel, great service and quiet living experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Dorsett Hotel, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. Overall, there were no negatives to report; it was truly a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend the Dorsett Hotel to anyone looking for a delightful getaway.

My hubby and I were sold the first time we were here in Dec2023 by the hotel. The room was spacious and had a view of the Century Park. This round, our stay was better. A slightly smaller room in a corner, with a spacious and bright bathroom. The water pressure was good. Our only gripe was there was hair in parts of the bathroom upon check in. The pictures shown are after our 5 day stay.

Great hotel, great location. Very clean, wonderful breakfast buffet. All and all a hotel I have visited a couple of times and which I will continue choosing.

Very good experience and value for money. Huge draw is the location - which is situated right above exit 4 of the Century Park station. It is really much quieter from the buzz in downtown Lujiazui, which is what I was looking for exactly. There's a KFC and Family Mart just beside the hotel, and if you need more serious grocery shopping, a supermarket across the road. I didn't use much of the amenities, though the front line staff were very helpful when I reached out and enquired more about the area. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room is fairly spacious, in my opinion, though a little old, but acceptable. Should also mention that my room came with a spacious balcony, which allows a view of the beautiful Century Park. Very good experience, and I will certainly stay here again if I'm visiting Shanghai.

Hotel is really conveniently located as it is just above a metro station. No worries about being drenched if you are getting to the hotel from Pudong airport via metro on a rainy day. Furniture in the room looked old but usable. Though we opted for a non-smoking room, there was still the cigarette smell in the room and on the towels. Sound-proofing of the rooms was done very poorly as we could hear the sounds made by guests from neighbouring rooms and chambermaids very clearly. The opening and closing of doors by other guests could also be heard very clearly, hence this hotel is not suited for light-sleepers.

Good service by front desk staff. Good location and very clean hotel. Very functional for business travelers

I always stay at this hotel for most of my business trip at Shanghai. One good thing about it is next to Century Park and you can have a pleasant walk in the evening.
