Even though this hotel has been open for a while, the service, cleanliness, facilities, and food all far exceeded my expectations. It's less than a 3-minute walk to the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient!

Excellent hotel! We were upgraded to a larger room at check-in, which was perfect as my child had a separate study area with a desk, so they didn't disturb me at night. It was ideal.

Overall, the stay was decent. The hotel caters mostly to business travelers, so the atmosphere is quite business-like and minimalist. The location is pretty good, with convenient transportation access making daily commutes and sightseeing easy. The room itself was clean and tidy, well-maintained, and comfortable to stay in. My only complaint is that the room was a bit small with a compact layout. The hotel breakfast selection was acceptable, and the taste was fine for everyday dining. However, it tended to get quite crowded during peak meal times, making for a slightly cramped dining experience. The hotel's parking lot was well-managed and organized, making parking convenient and secure. The area around the hotel is well-developed with a wide variety of restaurants, offering plenty of dining options which is very convenient for everyday meals. Good value for money, and the overall experience was satisfactory.

The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, the lighting was well-designed, and it was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Location is very near to shopping centre lalaport . About 3 minutes walk . Breakfast have good variety .free midnight supper with white porridge , pickles and bun . Very limited choice

The room was quite spacious, featuring a separate shower and toilet, and was very clean. They also offered a great late-night congee delivery service. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastically informed me about the option to add a buffet breakfast for just 1 RMB. The hotel is very close to the Gundam Statue, just a ten-minute walk, and its proximity to the metro station makes getting around and transferring to any destination incredibly convenient! I forgot to snap some photos. I highly recommend this place – you definitely wouldn't find such a good environment for this price in the city center!

The aircon in the room was not working properly and my room was around 30'C all night with 70%+ humidity. I asked for it to be fixed and they send maintenance to adjust something, it was better on the second night but in the 3rd night it was back to not working again. Everything else was pretty good though.

Great location, fantastic room view, very comfortable beds, friendly and welcoming service, and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sound proofing was awful. Could hear everyone and everything. Bad.

The hotel is directly opposite the ITC mall, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. It's a quiet hotel, and the breakfast is simple. I'd suggest adding a mug or teacup in the room for hot drinks, as the glass cups feel a bit unsafe.

I had a very pleasant stay. A big thank you to the staff at the front desk on December 7th – I forgot to ask for their names – for the complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Grand View King Room. The room was very quiet and clean, and the view was fantastic. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. Parking was free, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely book here again if I have the chance.

Service was good and breakfast was delicious. We had a comfortable stay in the Hotel. Staff was professional and listened to our needs and tried their best to make arrangement accordingly. Near exhibition which is a 10 mins drive. Location is good and convenient. We would recommend and stay again for our future trip to Shanghai.

The overall environment is great, the room is clean and tidy, and the transportation is quite convenient. There are also many dining options nearby. Highly recommended!
