very good hotel in a central location. it's quiet and within reach of malls and train station. the staff are very professional and helpful. kudos to mr Alen Hong 浦华前厅经理Alen洪who was very helpful and went beyond duty. highly recommended

I enjoyed my time at Sunrise. The breakfast buffet was good. They are between 2 malls, which are about 8-10 minutes walk. There are not a whole lot of restaurant choices outside the hotel, but there are 2-3 restaurants on the property (1 has on a Michelin award for many years), I just did the morning buffet. There is a whole lot of construction around the hotel. It is in walking distance to the bay (about 10-15 minutes). The rooms was pretty big. The only issue I had was there was mold around the bathtub, but other than that the hotel was very good. Definitely would stay here again when I return to Shanghai.

The overall stay was pleasant The hotel is conveniently located near line 12 International Cruise Terminal subway station.

Good hotel, front desk knows english which is good. Wifi in the room was not working and some lights in the room but we were in hotel just 1 night so we did not call them to fix it.

super value for money, location is perfect as it's located in between two big shopping malls, and right opposite the beautiful riverside . The renovation of the rooms are upto international 5 star , especially the toilet and the beddings .

I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise on the Bund. Great location. Very friendly staff. Alen and Marco were both great helps. I also really liked the gym and amenities. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. I didn’t have any issues with noise and my room was huge.

Front desk and concierge supervisor are extremely helpful also with great hospitality and thoughtful. This is my second time to stay here, room isn’t that big but quite cozy, would definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff were so helpful and attentive. In particular the concierge Morgan Zhang, who went out of his way to help me book by airport car pickup. Irene at the reception was also extremely helpful and Davis Huang the concierge in the morning. We loved our stay.

My over all experience at the Sunrise On The Bund Hotel was good. Hotel management made sure they provided me with English speaking representatives to check in and to answer any questions. concierge was very helpful since I was not traveling about Shanghai with a tour guide concierge requested taxis for me when I was going out and they always wrote the addresses of the different places I was going in Chinese to give to cab drivers as I traveled throughout Shanghai. this made communicating with taxi drivers much easier. They also made sure I had the Hotels address written down on paper in Chinese as well. the breakfast was fresh and staff was friendly. I definitely would stay again.
