Ulasan Jinglai Hotel (Shanghai Chuansha Metro Station)

It felt incredibly dirty. Upon entering, the walls were visibly dirty, with dust and cobwebs in many places. The security latch on the door was completely broken and unusable. The bathroom was also disgustingly dirty; just as I was about to shower, I found a significant amount of hair (none of it mine) in the stall. To make matters worse, the shower only had hot water, no cold, making it scalding and impossible to adjust. And the hand soap dispenser was even mislabeled as shampoo. The room was absolutely superb! It was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was wonderfully soft, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The window offered an expansive view and excellent natural lighting. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation, and there was always ample hot water. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options within easy reach. The value for money was outstanding; I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The Executive King Room I booked did not disappoint in the slightest. The room featured a modern, minimalist design, felt very spacious, and offered an expansive view. The highlight was definitely the mattress comfort; it was the perfect balance of soft and firm, providing superb support that instantly wiped away my fatigue. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate shower and toilet area, hot water was plentiful and reliable, and the complimentary toiletries were of a nice standard. The superb soundproofing meant it was incredibly quiet at night, guaranteeing a restful sleep. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious dishes, perfect for starting the day feeling energized. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless and pleasant, truly highlighting the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction. It offers excellent value for money, truly exceeded my expectations, and absolutely warrants a five-star review!

This apartment-style room offers great value for money. It comes with central air conditioning that works very effectively. A big plus is the in-room washing machine, and toiletries are also provided. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi in the room was undergoing maintenance upon my arrival. Thankfully, I could sometimes connect to a neighboring network, which was a lifesaver if you didn't have mobile data.

It was abit old and quite rusty in many places, especial in the toilet.

The room was dirty, dusty, and moldy. The ceiling was leaking. The hallway was messy and smelly. The TVs were just for display, and they said they didn't work anymore. I'll never be back.

The toilet like clean at the very minimum or not clean. Book because near airport. The good thing the 2 single bed r clean n good. 2 METRO stop to Florentia premium outlet n good restaurants n about 12mins walk to Chuansha metro. 7mins walk to Fmart supermarket n eateries in that building (Carrefour). Straight line is about 1.5km n 20 mins walk.

Room spacious and clean, very comfortable bed, good shower. Bathroom not clean with stains and the previous occupants' toothbrush left behind the sink. Reception is pretty clueless, doesn't speak any English, doesn't know first name from last name, unfriendly, rolling eyes and sighing. There were people partying, drinking, fighting, shouting and skamming doors all night in the hallway and nothing was done about it. Would not stay here again. Location is good though, 15 minute walk from Chuansha station (line 2) which is a 17 minute metro ride from Pudong airport.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. The room was clean and quiet, with adequate amenities and good soundproofing. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was fast. It was a great place to stay for an early flight and a great value!

The price is very good, and it exceeded my expectations for Shanghai. Aside from the long corridors at night, everything else was fine. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the windows were airy. The subway station is a five-minute walk away. Very convenient. A quiet place in a bustling city.
