Yitel Premium (Shanghai Xuhui) Reviews

The front desk was polite, kind and helpful, the hotel looks fine, location is perfect as it is located in front of Guilin park metro line 15, near to several malls and restaurants. I did not like the lighting in the room as it feels dark and too yellow feels like in the 80s or 70s , the rooms will get dusted quickly and easily, i would sneeze every few minutes, amenities are enough, view is good, breakfast is tasty. I wouldn’t comeback again.

I enjoyed my stay in Yitel a lot! Whether it was going out and coming back late at night to be greeted by friendly staff members, getting to the super close subway station or tianlin road to eat, or even staying in to order delivery, it was overall a super convenient and pleasant experience.

My family and I recently stayed at Yitel Premium Hotel for a total of 9 nights during our trip to Shanghai. Initially, we spent 3 nights here before travelling to other provinces. We enjoyed our stay so much that when we returned to Shanghai we chose to stay for another 6 nights. The hotels location is very convenient, with the subway station right across the street, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We would like to give a special recognition to Xiao Yu (小鱼) for his exceptional assistance throughout our visit. His helpfulness truly enhanced our stay.  The next time we visit Shanghai, Yitel Premium will definitely be our top choice. Highly recommend!!

Nice hotel, and good place for spend time. Except location. It’s a bit far from the downtown. But all other things is good enough

Room and hotel service was nice

I went to Shanghai on a business trip. There is a park near this hotel. It is close to the subway. The key is that the breakfast is good. My favorite is tofu pudding. There are also some very healthy whole grains. I am quite satisfied with coffee and soy milk. The room is also good. It is quite big. The bed is quite comfortable. There is a slim lady wearing black clothes and short hair. The service is very good and meticulous. Is she their manager?

Yitel Grand Hotel is very close to Guilin Park. There are many universities, middle schools and colleges nearby, so it is very convenient to travel. There are also gourmet restaurants nearby. The hotel has complete sanitary facilities, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety.

The toilet in the bathroom stinks, and the attitude of the hotel front desk staff is very bad. I used Ctrip's authority to upgrade the room, but when I arrived at the hotel, there were rooms available online, but they refused to upgrade me. When I turned on the air conditioner in the room, there was still a smell of cigarette smoke, which was unbearable. I called Ctrip's customer service, and it was Ctrip's customer service that solved the problem. I got a new room, but when I opened the room, the bathroom smelled very bad. I really don't want to go through this again. The experience was very bad. I was supposed to be very happy during the Spring Festival, but I will never stay in this hotel again.

The front desk staff on duty are very caring for customers. The restaurant is clean and the cleaning is also very clean. During this busy time of the New Year, every staff member is dedicated to their work. They are worthy of respect. I wish you a happy new year and a prosperous business.

Xiaoyu has good service. The hotel is in a great location. The Shanghai consumption voucher subsidy is affordable, but it's a pity that I didn't go to Guilin Park. Overall, it's good. Great🎉

It is very close to Shanghai Normal University, with parking lot, which is very convenient for meetings. Opposite is Guilin Industrial Park and subway station. The front desk lady is very friendly, free room upgrade and free breakfast.

I was on a business trip to Shanghai Normal University, and the hotel was very close. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the room was clean and comfortable. A handsome guy named Yu at the front desk patiently helped us solve the problem.

The stay was OK. I was quite worried after reading reviews saying the room was not clean. But the experience was good. It was probably above the level of Four Seasons. It was very close to the subway and had a high cost performance ratio.
