Ulasan Echarm Hotel Shanghai North Bund Tilanqiao subway station

The hygiene was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, and there are many shopping malls near the station, which is super convenient. The front desk service was also great; they even helped us collect our express delivery early!

The service was great! I received a call before check-in to remind me, and another follow-up call after checking in. The check-in process itself was very fast. The hygiene was good, no obvious dirt or mess. Facilities were all in working order; toiletries, shower, and toilet all functioned properly.

Hotel was good and clean. But there was some cigarettes smell. I believes all hotel are similar smell. But overall is good. Staffs are helpful eventhough, some can not speak English, but they are willing to helps.

The room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was great. The front desk staff were very helpful. Plus, there's a robot that delivers takeout right to your room, which is a nice touch. It's a short walk to the subway station, not too far at all.

Stayed here for a business trip. It's very close to Tilanqiao and Dalian Road subway stations, and it's nice and quiet. Plus, the price is really reasonable. Super convenient for getting around!

This hotel offers good value for money and is within walking distance of Tilanqiao Metro Station. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. There's also a self-service laundry room. Some of the basic room types have no windows or only interior windows, and there are pillars in the rooms. However, for this price point, it's already excellent.

The room was spotless, the bedding was new, and all the amenities were great. The shower was comfortable, and the air conditioning provided good heating. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, which was really thoughtful. The hotel is conveniently located near Tilanqiao subway station and Raffles City, making dining and transportation super easy.

The room was well-equipped, clean, and had plenty of hot water. The environment was also good, and the transportation was convenient!

I arrived at the hotel quite late due to a business trip, but as soon as I got there, the gentle reception from the front desk staff instantly melted away most of my fatigue. I ordered a lot of takeout, and the front desk staff were very prompt in having the robot deliver it to my room – great service! Lastly, I absolutely have to praise the hotel's hot water! I ran it full blast for half an hour, and it was so comfortable I could fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. A really excellent experience. P.S. The most interesting thing was the room's view; you could see the entire street.

Location is near Tilanqiao metro (Line 12 Exit 1). No food options near the hotel, the nearest would be the Raffles City North Bund mall. The suite room is a good size. Room is comfortable with a separate living room and bedroom. Bed is firm, the way I like it. They offer firm and soft pillows and I found the perfect height in stacking the 2 firm pillows. Shower area is a little small but water pressure is decent, though it tends to overflow a little at times. All basic toiletries are provided. There's no mini fridge in the room but staff is helpful in storing things for me in their small fridge when necessary. I like that the room flooring is non-carpeted, the bathroom is a little small with a lack of hooks but not an issue since I'm alone. Love the open wardrobe. The laundry room has 3 washers and 2 dryers, as well as a standing steam iron. Works perfectly, taking an hour for wash, 1.5 hrs for drying. They do have a robot sending parcels / deliveries to the room but no smart tech in the room itself. The lobby and occasionally room smells a little of cigarettes though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. Staff are friendly and helpful, they are also very responsive on the app and addresses requests quickly.

The hotel room was good. The room upstairs with a window was clean, odorless, and relatively quiet. The front desk even upgraded our room type for free.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the North Bund. The location was excellent — convenient, peaceful, and near the malls. The room was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. What truly made the experience special was the hotel staff. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist any requests I had, and they made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived until check-out. The service exceeded my expectations, and I really appreciated the warm hospitality during the entire 6 days. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the North Bund area and would happily stay here again in the future.
