Ulasan Jing'an Shangri-La West Shanghai

Everything was great! Breakfast selection and quality was more than enough, room was clean and nice, fitness center was superb with 25 meter lapping pool!

This is a perfect hotel for business trip. Ideal also to arrange meetings in room. Amazing top floor lounge, with good breakfast.

The hotel open more then 10years, but Shangri-La always keep it in very good condition. Location: perfect & convenience Room: front desk upgrade me to room from the normal to premier 62sqm room. Becoz I wan check in early & my existing room haven’t ready. The view is beautiful in summer. Facility: all good the sauna steam gym & indoor swimming pool was fantastic

Due to the negligence of the housekeeper, the room is not cleaned up properly!    The hotel manager has apologized for the issue and offered us room upgrade and free breakfasts.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Good view from the building. However, the breakfast was quite average and the rooms were fairly old. Good hotel gym with all necessary equipment and nice spa facility.

Had a very pleasant stay at Jiang’an Shagri-la. The room decors are a bit dated but service is superb. A special compliment must be given to Alex at the Concierge. He is friendly, proactive and willing to take extra steps to help the hotel guests, from recommending restaurants to arranging transportation. He is a 5-star employee for this 5-star hotel. Will return to this hotel in our next visit just because of this remarkable hospitality from the staff.

Perfect location  and connected to Kerry centre with supermarket and all kinds of shopping areas. Will be back again. Got the horizon club room with access to the club. Great view and nice menu.

Super good location to walk around Jing An area especially Kerry Shopping Mall and Jing An Temple. Also very convenient and near to Jing An subway station for travelers to visit around Shanghai. Well, good hotel service as it is an international 5-star hotel anyway.

Good location near JingAn temple. However, the hotel is old and dated and it shows. TV is small as well and entry level rooms aren’t spacious.

Great location, right next to Jing an Kerry centre and many shopping malls within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Absolutely love the room and toilet , it was clean and spacious! Asked for a late checkout and Eileen the reception staff gladly helped me! Awesome service and would definitely come back again!

Excellent location, premier room is very nice. Bed is quite firm. Breakfast room is nice but crowded. Fitness center and pool are excellent.
