Location is good at Xuhui district lots of eating options in the mall next door and supermarket. 5 min walk to subway too. Room is clean and functional. Hot water is strong in shower which wee need in winter. Love the free laundry room- washer, dryer and detergent all provided. Helped our family to pack less. Will stay again next time

Walking distance to Metro Station. 3min walk to a mall, Quiet location. I always like room with washing machine + dryer. I have Taobao delivery to the hotel before my stay too. Very kind Mr. Security 002 and front desk - Luffy Lu. The only commend is probably the hotel would consider to have online shows rather than limited TV shows. In overall - good stay

I’ve stayed at this hotel chain multiple times and generally have little to worry about. The service is top-notch—special thanks to Wendy for her thoughtfulness. However, I encountered some issues with the Exquisite Deluxe room, where the bed is on a loft. During my stay in Shanghai, the cold weather made sleeping without air conditioning difficult due to poor ventilation in the loft. I requested a fix, but was told the cooling function was disabled because of the cold outside, leaving me to either open the window (noisy from road traffic) or rely on a fan they kindly provided. This helped until the weather turned hot a few days later. The lack of cooling became a real problem—last night was unbearable when the fan broke down at midnight. While the staff were great, management should ensure the air conditioning’s cooling option is always available, especially for ventilation in a hotel of this caliber. If you’re considering a loft room, keep this in mind. 我在这家连锁酒店住了很多次，通常都不用担心什么。服务一流，特别感谢Wendy的体贴。不过，我在上海住精致豪华房时遇到了一些问题，床在阁楼上。天气很冷时，由于阁楼通风不好，没空调我睡不着。我要求修理，但他们说因为外面冷，制冷功能被关了，只能开窗（路边噪音很大）或者用他们好心提供的风扇。这还行，直到几天后天气变热。没制冷真是个大问题——昨晚太热了，风扇半夜还坏了。虽然员工很不错，但管理层应该确保空调制冷随时可用，至少为了通风，这么高档的酒店应该做到。如果你考虑住阁楼房，要注意这一点。

Great place and great location. It’s a very simple hotel but perfect.

Perfect residence for medium-longterm stay. They clean up your room everyday and i've found always in perfect cinditions. Wendy at the reception is always very kind and polite and try to help you as fast as possible in every situation. More the gym and the launge are clean and usable.5 stars

Stayed here several times. Very helpful and friendly front desk (link). Highly recommend for long stays.
