Checked into the Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao. The public areas boast a grand, Versailles-inspired design. The room layout is well-designed, soundproofing is excellent, and the bedding provides a fantastic experience. The service was courteous and professional, and the breakfast quality was impressive. The hotel's location in the Hongqiao Business District is superb, offering great value for money overall. I had a very comfortable stay.

Sofitel, an Accor brand, never disappoints. The architecture is French château style, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean and quiet, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. Winnie at the front desk was polite and provided attentive, detailed service. Its location is super convenient for Hongqiao, and overall comfort is very high. It's my top choice for business trips – highly recommended!

I really love this Sofitel hotel. The European architecture, high-ceilinged lobby and restaurant, and crystal chandeliers create a magnificent and beautiful atmosphere! The staff are all very nice and friendly. They patiently answered my questions, and the service staff and housekeeping always greeted me politely. When I checked in, I asked for a room with a better view, and the lady at the front desk promptly arranged it for me! Excellent! From the window, you can see the bustling traffic on the elevated highway during the day, and at night, with the lights on, it's full of life – I love it! The front desk lady handled my check-in quickly, professionally, and efficiently! They even gave me a small gift when I checked out, thank you 😊 The breakfast was abundant with fresh ingredients, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and a good balance of meat and vegetables. They refilled quickly, and the handmade wontons and various noodles made on the spot tasted great. The beef noodles had real ingredients, with genuinely large chunks of beef! 😀😀😀😀 The dining environment was upscale and comfortable 😆😆😆 Currently, there's a dinner buffet on weekends, with a crayfish theme. If you like that, you should give it a try. During the plum rain season, for those who dislike humidity, the hotel can provide dehumidifiers, which is great, and they even have a drying function – so convenient! The hotel offers great value for money, suitable for both leisure and business stays! There were two very friendly and diligent gentlemen at the hotel entrance, offering smiling service and proactively helping with luggage 🧳. Many thanks to them! This job is very demanding, standing all day from morning to night – truly tough! The hotel 🏨 also has a shuttle bus, and the driver was excellent. He would ask for my destination and drop me off at a very thoughtful location!
