My stay here was really wonderful. I love the room and the bedroom and bedding was very comfortable. The staff here is wonderful and speaks some English. The breakfast is very good and extensive. My room was quiet and smoke free.

Exceptional facility and also wonderful service. Absolute value for money and my 110% go to hotel in shanghai.

Great services from the front desks. Hotel location and overall amenities are top notch. Wide breakfast selections and high tea selection. Highly recommend. Would have preferred temperature be controlled by room rather centrally managed. Fan was provided nonetheless. Will return!

This hotel has a very good location, it is near 2 metro station and a mall with a good food court. The hotel itself is clean, breakfast is good it is mostly asian but everyone can find somerhing to eat. My room was clean but a bit noisy. It is Shanghai so some kind of construction work is everywhere. Be careful with hairdryer it is a bit outdated and can suck and burn your hair. Other than that it was a good stay.

In short, great value for money and will stay here again as the pros are more than the cons. Pros - basics are met. Aircon is cool and silent. Hot shower has good pressure. WiFi speed is a bit slow but stable. Good quality disposable slippers provided and unlimited complimentary drinking water at every level. Hotel location is great for people who wants to get away from the tourist crowd at Nanjing Road. Less than 200M to Ma Dang Rd metro station where there are 2 major shopping malls. Around 1KM to Xin Tian Di and Tian Zi Fang. Lots of USB charging points around the bed and the room. Cons - faint smoking stench when you turn on centralised air-conditioning but goes away pretty fast. My room #421 is quite close to the neighbouring block so not much privacy if curtains are not drawn. Smallest room size appropriate for 1 person so if you have 2 guests, best to select a bigger room.

Good Location and the staff are friendly. By the way, the breakfast options could be more flexible or change on alternate days. It is kinda boring to eat about the same food everyday.

The room is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and pillow. They provide house-keeping service, towel changing, toileteries everyday during our stays. A great choice for people who don't like the crowded bustling area but still have plenty of dining and shopping places around the hotel. You can reach Madang Road metro at Exit 3 which also has escalators in less than 3-miute walk. There is Lu One department store just across the metro entrance which has many eateries and popular tea shops so it is convenient to dine and shop. If I am in Shanghai again, I would love to consider staying here again.

Near the central and places we want to go. Quite small, don’t have enough space to put two medium size luggage so we have to move the table away to make space. The room also have a lot of switches for the lights which caused us a lot of confusion. Toilet seat has no warmer so it’s quite inconvenient during my visit. Overall I’m satisfied.

Hotel location is very convenient, close to everything. Front-desk and other staff are very friendly and helpful.

Even though the room is tiny it is clean. Most of the staff can speak English . It is near to subway station. The breakfast is great. They kept the food warm.

The location is strategic. Within walking distance to metro and XintianDi. Many eateries and restaurants nearby

Great hotel. Nice interiors and recently renovated. Front desk speaks basic English and front desk has many birds making it lively for kids. Room interiors are nice though room sizes are a bit small and not enough space to keep big suitcases
