Great hotel near Hongqiao railway station, very convenient. Staff was really polite. Room was huge! And all amenities were perfect

Stayed here on a last-minute reservation after a missed train. We were in and out within 12 hours, so really just a brief night stay. That said, service was quick and staff were helpful, wheeling our luggage into the hotel from our taxi and up to our room. Room was very large and comfortable. Grabbed carry out / take away from one of the hotel's on-site restaurants (The Bistro) and they delivered it to our room without charge. Walked the next morning to the nearby train station; takes about 10-15 minutes and there are lots of stairs, so be aware. The front desk offered to call a taxi, but we declined.

It was such a great experience to stay at Crown plaza. The front desk was warm and welcome to check me in. Room were clean and large. Breakfast quality is above most inter continental brands hotel. I will definitely come again. In addition, I would like to send my special thank you to front desk Sarah Jiang. Her service is efficient and excellent.

This place is amazing. Very warm welcome. There was a welcome drink and happy hour at the lounge for members. Room was amazing. Shower was impeccable. Fell so rested sleeping here.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Its proximity to both the Hongqiao Airport and the Hongqiao high speed railway station makes it an easy choice. The services are the best and the people from the service desk to the maintenance crew are super friendly. When I tried to get from the hotel to the Hongqiao Airport / Railway Station, the gentleman at the concierge desk walked me personally to the basement underground connection to the airport / railway station without ever having to get above ground to fight the traffic or the ups and downs of stairs. It made the trip so easy. If you ever book a room there, be sure to call the hotel and ask them to send the map for the underground easy path. I had a hard time finding the hotel when I got there upon arrival, so be sure to get a map and use the underground path. It’s a piece of cake even with luggage.

I have stayed at this hotel three times now and I will be booking with them again shortly. The staff there are professional, accommodating, as well as they speak English. The location is great, as the hotel is close to a big Shopping mall, restaurants, not to mention the railway station. The rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. Breakfast is good and the price is for staying is not bad.

I booked this hotel for my friend, she felt everything was up-to the mark. Will surely stay again.
