Ulasan Jing'an Ziyuan Apartment Hotel

For this last time on the first day too much noise from upstairs flat, from 4 am until I have to go down and complain at 7am. After that, it was better. I prefer to stay in this flat, when i go to shanghai and I will spend more days, and I want a kitchen at least. It's near the supermarket but not very near to the metro, you have to walk a bit (15 -20 minutes at least ). The shampoo- hair conditioner it was not good, the packages were dirty.

Usually I stay in this apartment-hotel, when I want a small kitchen at least. I prefer to make my own food. It's not near metro, mas is near of nanjing road (if you do not have a lot of luggage and its not heavy. You can go by walking).

This place is really cozy and the owner is really nice. I will come here again.

My always chosen accommodation when visiting Shanghai. The washing machine is a great plus.

For the price, it was great, with kitchen facilities. Reasonably good location. Someone was there to let me.in at 3am which was brilliant. All good!

This hotel does not have a reception, so keep in mind that you either have to contact trip.com to check in the room or call the hotel Chinese phone number. The best value for money in Shanghai, for less than 50€ a night you get the most central location available, a serviced room with kitchen and washing machine, big renewed rooms and all the important bars and venues just downstairs! It's a must go!

My husband and I moved back to Shanghai recently and stayed at Jing’an Ziyuan Apartment Hotel for two weeks with our cats while we looked for a permanent place to live. The staff working at the hotel were very friendly, easy to communicate with via WeChat, and helpful when a few small problems arose. The apartment hotel is a great value for the money, especially as we were looking for somewhere with a separate bedroom, kitchen, and washing machine. Very conveniently located just north of West Nanjing Road station with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We are grateful to have been able to stay with our cats!

Nice stay at the hotel. Location is good, rooms are clean and tidy. They can help you in Chinese and English!

Not one of the fanciest places to stay in Shanghai but it's a practical room with pretty much everything you'd have in your own flat. Has a large fridge, stove top, microwave, sink, and even has a washing machine, which was the highlight of the place (summer in Shanghai is no joke, man). Management was kind and made sure I to go to her if I needed anything. The location is great and near a lot of restaurants, pubs, and very close to downtown (about a 15 minute car ride). Has an ALDI across from the building too. Only complaint was that the sheets are paper thin and not heavy. Overall, I had a nice and quiet stay and the price if very reasonable for everything you get.

Disgusting! The worst experience ever! The room was below 0 degrees during the night, I was shaking with cold and couldn’t sleep for the whole night! The host was a rude woman with heavy accent who was extremely difficult to understand! The room was very old and small, it looked even worse than the photos on the website! There was no reception, it was just a residential building , when I arrived, I didn’t even know who to ask for a check-in. Please avoid while you can!

Nice value for long stays. Staff is really helpful! Decoration could be more modern but ok.
