Very cosy. Nice and friendly staffs. Hotel right next to metro but we took didi everywhere we go. The staff taught us on how to use the delivery app. Our food are all delivered by the robots. And the best best part is that they let us have an early check in. Really appreciated that as the kids are really tired from the red eye flight

It would be my recommendation for anyone who’s going for mid range hotel. Clean and friendly. Good location. Train was just in front of the hotel.

I stayed here for a concert, and the hotel's location near the Mercedes-Benz Arena was perfect. Having the subway station right outside made getting around incredibly convenient. The overall environment was pleasant, the facilities felt new, and my room was spacious with a well-designed layout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful; one even brought me water while I was waiting for a taxi downstairs, which was a lovely gesture. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next concert!

Every time my family and I visit Shanghai, they always insist on choosing a hotel that's hygienic, clean, and safe. This particular hotel is actually my favorite whenever I'm in Shanghai. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, the facilities are spotlessly clean, and both the service and overall ambiance are excellent! We are extremely satisfied!

The room facilities were excellent, but the surrounding area lacked amenities, making dining quite inconvenient. Apart from that, everything was great, and all the venues I needed to visit were just a 30-minute subway ride away.

This Ji Hotel is in a very convenient location, right outside the Exit of Yanggao South Road Station (Line 7), making subway travel extremely easy. While not large, the hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are nicely configured – simple yet practical.

## Location Extremely convenient! It's right behind the subway station, visible as soon as you exit. Trips to Nanjing Road, The Bund, and Wukang Road are all typically within 30 minutes. ## Service The female staff members were all wonderful and very polite. They'd even proactively open doors when they saw us with luggage. Upon check-out, they generously gave us sachets with the lobby's signature scent, pineapple cakes, and bottled water. I absolutely loved these thoughtful touches! ## Facilities Everything was generally good, and the room was quite spacious. The only minor downsides were the slightly dated flooring and a less-than-ideal hairdryer. Overall, it's definitely a place I'd consider staying at again.
