The perfect set up. Beautiful and friendly staff. Helpful and kind . Just a bit of travel 4 stops from any important location. Unless you got babies and prams it depends on preference of movement. They have lobby area for vehicles to stop at. Worth every dollar. Good distance away from any building's. Alot of breathing space. Good for long stay!

The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Xujiahui, one of Shanghai’s key CBD areas. It’s just steps from the metro, surrounded by parks, a historic church, government buildings, supermarkets, and multiple shopping malls like Metro City within easy walking distance. Extremely convenient for both business and leisure. Cleanliness was slightly disappointing. The coffee table in the room — the one meant for dining — felt sticky and visibly unclean, which immediately affected the first impression. The interior design uses a lot of solid colors like dark blue, which may contribute to an older, worn look, even if the actual cleanliness is acceptable. But that table really dragged down the experience at first glance. Service, on the other hand, is outstanding. Upon check-in, guests are offered bottled water, and the staff are professional, warm, and proactive. There were complimentary snacks waiting in the room, and any request via the front desk was handled immediately. They even provide free laundry service — just put your clothes in the laundry bag, inform the staff, and your clean clothes are returned to your door within 12 hours. Very impressive service overall. Facilities are generally good — the room is spacious, with all essentials provided. The Dyson hairdryer, smart bidet toilet, and well-designed dry-wet separated bathroom are nice touches. However, the gym and swimming pool seem to be frequently “under maintenance” according to many reviews, so they’re practically not usable. In summary, a very comfortable stay with excellent service and a top-tier location — just be aware that cleanliness could be improved and facilities may not all be available as advertised.

Entire hotel is modern and prettily designed. Location is accessible to many malls around the corner and there's a beautiful St Ignatius Cathedral next to it. Many amenities provided. Front desk also gave a set of children amenities - toothbrush set and child-size bedroom slippers. Didn't realize till too late but tea with snacks were free for guests at a certain timing and there was supper provided also from 9.30pm till late - chef preparing noodles that you prefer and select on your own from a variety of ingredients and choices. Very homely gesture yet warming for guests. Reason I found this was it was pretty close to the Shanghai South Railway station. The concierge and front desk manager helped us locate a taxi in the rain because Didi couldn't locate one. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will stay again when w get a chance.

1st time staying in this area! Walking distance to the iconic library, church..just further down, there are a few shopping malls!

Second time staying here still loving it ❤️ Front desk is always helpful , breakfast is good Daily free supper serve from 930-11 and free laundry ! Le labo toiletries is good and the bed is super comfortable Hope they upkeep the hardware and maintain it like new

Very modern and clean, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room is quite spacious too and they have Dyson hair dryer too! The Chinese restaurant in level 2 is good, the food is delicious especially the peking duck They have a cafe at the lobby as well
