Ulasan Shanghai Bund Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street Atour X Hotel

I'm quite disappointed as this hotel is quite old, with low ceiling, narrow hallway that is not flat, thus difficult to drag suitcases. Not the Atour experience I expected. I chose this hotel just because it's close to Nanjing Pedestrian Street and Suzhou River.

Location was great as it’s nearby bund & Nanjing street within walking distance. Not sure about other transportation for bus and metro as we mostly use DIDI for our travel since we have 4 person. We booked family room , room was not big however it’s has two toilet which is good for a family grouping.

Room is beautiful although size is smaller than expected. Facilities is good and their breakfast is sumptuous. Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro

We like to stay in Atour hotel because it offers excellent services to customers and they make sure we have a comfortable stay whenever we are checking in , definitely my choice of hotel in China

Location wise, walking distance to the bund but access to metro & buses to many other areas were limited. Overall it was very clean and service staff was always helpful. Most importantly, there is complimentary self service laundry for all occupants.

The hotel is in an excellent location and good value for money considering this. The check-in experience was relatively smooth. Hot tea was served which was considerate. The room that was arranged had a decent view of the city. Cleanliness in the room can be improved. The clothes hangars were all dusty. The bathroom floor was wet and not free from stains. We approached the front desk to enquire about recommendation for a hospital as I was unwell. The responses were curt and robotic with a sense of impatience. An fairly efficient hotel worthy of consideration in terms of value and accessibility, with room for improvement.

Very good experience, great location and great service. Close to Suzhou River and bund.
