The service at Mercure in Songjiang was really smooth and easy. I checked in fast, was given complimentary breakfast and wine on request. The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing very helpful.

Room condition is good and clean. Breakfast is okay. Location is little off. Nothing available near by. No restaurants and no convenient stores. But great spa right next to the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The accommodation was excellent, offering a comfortable and well-appointed room that made for a very pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Jiang at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful. When I needed to book a cab to the airport, he assisted promptly and efficiently, ensuring a stress-free departure. The hotel’s location is convenient, with a shopping area right opposite. However, it appears that many of the shops are closed down, which is a bit of a letdown. Nonetheless, the proximity to Qibao town, just a 20 RMB taxi fare away, makes up for it with its charming attractions and local experiences. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the cleanliness of the room’s toilet. There was a noticeable smell that needs to be addressed to enhance the overall comfort although they free upgraded me to a premium room. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend the Mercure Hotel for its excellent accommodation and helpful staff.

The receptionist are not professional at all! Just a little case for searching parcel keep saying doesn’t have. The other staff found it at the same time. The worst international brand hotel ever. Receptionists can even do my check in and help others people check in too….. Receptionists are helpless.

Clean, close enough to hongqiao station and close to ala town and Korea street which are nice to visit with delicious places to eat. Good for a short stay. There’s no movie streaming service on the tv, only channels and during the night the noises in the other rooms are very loud, we could hear conversations and plumbing noises. Beds are comfy and really nice rain shower. Would recommend for a cheap, short stay

This was a great hotel. Staff was very helpful and they delivered a complimentary plate of fruit to our room. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was a quick trip to the railway station. Reasonable price. Were will stay here again in the future.
