Facilities: Excellent. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was also good; after we left each day, they would come in to replace toiletries and replenish supplies. Environment: The blackout curtains worked perfectly! I could sleep until noon without any light coming through. The hotel surroundings are very quiet! The subway is right next door, making transportation very convenient.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and well-equipped. The staff were all so kind and polite, especially Rain – big shoutout to them! It was wonderfully quiet, not noisy at all. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay.

Nice and welcoming lobby design, they even have a coffee shop in it. Worth noting the breakfast is located at the Marriot Courtyard, which is about 3-min walk from the hotel. The options and quality are great, but you may want to skip it when it’s too wet/ cold outside. You might want to check out staying at that hotel, if u are planning to have breakfast every morning. I think their rooms are even cheaper. In general, the hotel is v convenient. Right opposite to exit 1 of the underground.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Here's why: 1. **Unauthorized Entry:** I was woken up in the morning by a staff member who opened my door without permission. They immediately apologized and backed out when they saw I was in bed. This clearly points to a lack of management and proper staff training. 2. **Lost and Found Mishap:** I left a large bottle of perfume in my room when I checked out. Several days passed with no word from the hotel. When I finally called to inquire, I was told they'd check with housekeeping and get back to me the next day. The next day, I was simply told that housekeeping had reported finding nothing during room cleanup. Most hotels require housekeeping to immediately report lost items and maintain a daily log, with strict penalties for unreported items, rather than being completely clueless and having to go re-ask the staff. 3. **No Restaurant & Inconvenient Breakfast:** For a room costing almost 400 yuan, there's no on-site restaurant. Breakfast is available at another hotel 480 meters away (which I didn't go to because it was raining that day). 4. **Misleading 'VR Room' Concept:** The room was advertised as a 'VR room' with VR equipment for watching TV, movies, and playing games. However, the equipment was completely unusable once inside, with a pathetic selection of shows and only one 3D game (table tennis). Meanwhile, the actual TV in the room was tiny. I wonder where the money saved on the TV went. If the VR is just a gimmick, then significantly raising the price for this room type is simply ripping off guests! 5. **Questionable Affiliation & Trust:** I strongly suspect this is a shoddy motel masquerading as something better. It claims to be part of 'Ascott China,' and if that's true, then I'm confident that guests who've stayed here, no matter where they're from, are highly unlikely to choose Ascott again in the future!!! The photos attached below are from the booking website. I ask you, would you still pay for these 'photo deceptions'?

Stayed here for a business trip. The location is great, quite close to the subway station, which made getting around very convenient.

Pleasantly surprised by how good it was! I booked it randomly for an exhibition, and it turned out to be so close to the subway. Plus, there's a coffee shop and a small hotel downstairs, which was really convenient. The room facilities were also quite comprehensive. I honestly felt like I could live there long-term... too bad I was only in town for the exhibition. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Location: Excellent for those using the Hongqiao Transportation Hub. It’s very close to both the Hongqiao Airport and the High-Speed Railway Station. Accessibility: The Metro Line 2 (Panxiang Road Station) is right in front of the hotel. Use Exit 1—it’s just a 1–2 minute walk diagonally across to the entrance. Breakfast: Note that breakfast isn't served inside the lyf building itself. You have to walk to the Courtyard by Marriott nearby. The spread there is extensive with lots of food options. Staff: Very helpful and speak good English, which makes check-in and local inquiries much smoother for international travelers.

This hotel is pretty good, offering great value for money, especially at such a low price. It's also very close to the subway station, just about a 100-meter walk from the exit. Plus, there's a small garden downstairs perfect for a stroll.

The location is fantastic, right next to the subway station and very close to Hongqiao transportation hub. The price is also very reasonable, making it perfect for business trips. The service is excellent, the hygiene is top-notch, and the facilities are brand new.

Facilities: Excellent, there's a Luckin Coffee right downstairs. Cleanliness: Spotless, not my first time booking here. Environment: Great for a morning stroll. Service: It was raining, and they kindly lent me a large umbrella. It's super close to the Exhibition Center, just one subway stop away, very convenient.

Two of my European friends were very happy with the hotel's facilities. The location is also very convenient; you can easily walk to both Panlong Tiandi and Xiadu Town, which is super handy.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Hongqiao Hub with direct subway access, right outside the station. It's a great option for a layover if you're traveling from Hongqiao Hub the next day. The facilities and services, combined with the price, are quite reasonable for Shanghai. It's also not far from Panlong Tiandi.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is great, very close and convenient to Hongqiao Airport and the high-speed rail station. The metro also goes directly there, and it's just about a 2-minute walk diagonally across from the station exit. It's a really nice hotel with a good environment and a very affordable price for Shanghai. Facilities are great, and hygiene is also very good.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is very close to the subway station, and I absolutely loved the decor. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the gym had a good selection of equipment, though it was a shame it was semi-open. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
