Shanghai Lujiazui Minsheng Road subway station Atour Hotel

Travelling plan with my parents and two children. Stayed here for 6 days and it was a fantastic experience. Environment is clean, staff is friendly, free laundry service, children playground, convenient location and etc… everything is perfect!

The room was very clean and tidy, the bed also very comfortable. Breakfast very good .Their service also very good, after we checked out , they gave me a hand cream as a gift.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although our standard room was a little on the small side, it was cheap and well appointed with lots of nice features. The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and new. The food was great and the restaurant area was bright. Next to it, there is a business area with two Macs and a printer, a library, a bar and a children's play area. I really couldn't fault anything about this hotel and that is rare. It's quite near Changyi Metro station for Lines 14 and 18 and there's a shopping mall near the station too. You can walk farther past the mall to the river, where there is a nice promenade for an evening stroll. There's also a family mart nextdoor and a spa and Indian restaurant at the end of the street. It's unbelievable what a good find this hotel is. Although it's not a fancy big hotel with a pool, gym, spa and so on, it is great if you just want somewhere cheap and nice to stay. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We'll definitely be going back for a weekend or two.

和男朋友入住酒店，剛到前台準備理入住的時候男服務生很親切的給到了水服務非常好，給辦理入住的那個女服務生剛開始詢問核實訂單之後就開始給我辦理入住，給我辦理好之後突然説讓我男朋友手機號告訴她一下然後讓把驗證碼（亞朵註冊會員的驗證碼）給她，我男朋友問是幹什麼他説什麼房間系統什麼的必須給他（12號剛入住完其他亞朵酒店並沒有這個操作）因為不想註冊所以就沒有給，然後女服務生立馬黑臉好像我門欠她錢似的一句話不説給房卡都不説話，亞朵的服務態度不應該是這樣的，太差勁了，住了這多酒店第一次遇見這種服務態度，亞朵真的應該好好培訓一下了，衞生方面更沒辦法説到處都是毛髮具體的看圖片吧這家酒店不推薦 設施：一般 衞生：差 環境：還可以 服務：差勁👎

和家人一起來到上海旅遊。特意選擇了亞朵 因為亞朵環境優美裝修風格好。而且也沒有甲醛正適合我懷孕的妻子一起入住。來到酒店後前台勝利很貼心 加了我的微信隨時可以有人聯繫。並且考慮有孕婦還免費給我們升級到了1.8米的大床。遇見困難總能第一時間出現 及時解決我的需求 還給我仔細介紹了附近吃喝玩樂景點特色 真的很棒 而且考慮到我高鐵出發時間 免費給我延遲退房兩個小時 還貼心幫忙打車拿行李 確實很感動 最讓我覺得滿意的是哪怕半夜覺得冷需要加個被子 發個消息 馬上就送了過來 贊👍。人人稱讚餐飲裏海底撈服務好 我覺得亞朵就是住宿行業的模範
