The front desk lady was super nice. The black tea she offered during check-in was an absolute lifesaver. The soundproofing is decent; I could hear a bit of loud noise from next door, but it was mostly quiet. The service attitude was excellent.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive, making for a fantastic stay! The environment was comfortable and the location was great, with complete facilities. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The hygiene was spot on and the service was thoughtful, offering great value for money – a truly comfortable stay. The room type was spacious with good lighting, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied. The location is excellent and the accommodation experience was superb. Loved our stay. Super friendly staff, room was a good size and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but had a great shower with hot water. Fresh towels, toilet paper, water and coffee every day. Location a little far from main attractions but there is a metro just a 2 minute walk. 7eleven also close and a street with food and a mall around 15-20 mins walk. You also have to pay to watch international movies on the tv which is a bit of a shame but not a major issue.

Service: The service was excellent; every staff member was gentle and very patient. Hygiene: The hygiene was also very good; the cleaning staff were very meticulous. Facilities: There was no strange smell in the room.

This hotel was pretty good, and the staff even warned me about the renovations. However, around 11 PM, someone knocked on my door asking for a cigarette, and then before 6 AM, an alarm went off, waking me up. The food was decent. Overall, it was a good stay.

Stayed in May 2026. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to reach attractions like the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The room was clean and came with a smart toilet seat (heated + bidet function), air conditioning, daily bottled water, tea/coffee sachets, and an electric kettle. The sink near the entrance was very handy. There was an open-style clothes rack right by the door. Breakfast was plentiful. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, right outside the subway exit. Our room was very quiet, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The tea bar in the lobby on the first floor has a nice atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.
