We stayed here last Mid-Autumn Festival, and this year, I stumbled upon an incredible package deal for the National Day holiday and booked it on a whim. The hotel even upgraded our room to one of the highest floors!
At check-in, the lobby staff immediately gave us two complimentary breakfast vouchers – we were thrilled!
They also extended our check-out until 2 PM, which allowed the kids to enjoy the suspended pool a little longer, fulfilling their wish.
Special thanks again to Cindy and the handsome staff member who helped us with our check-in! 🥰
The suspended pool was definitely our favorite.
We also loved seeing the 'fuller' moon on the 16th (as the saying goes, the moon is roundest on the 16th after the 15th) from the hotel courtyard – it was beautiful.
And we enjoyed discovering the small vegetable patch and long cucumbers by the river.

The room was spacious and very clean.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the subway entrance.
I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Disneyland.
Service: The service attitude was excellent.
Disneyland Resort shuttle service: The hotel shuttle service was very convenient for transfers. After a tiring day at the park, it was so relaxing to just hop on the shuttle and be dropped off right at the hotel entrance.
Late-night porridge: There was complimentary porridge and side dishes available at 9:30 PM.

The room looked exactly like the pictures and was immaculately clean. Housekeeping cleaned it daily, and they even offered a thoughtful laundry service, washing our clothes and returning them directly to our room. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the surrounding area was wonderfully quiet. The pillows were incredibly comfortable – just like my latex pillow at home – ensuring I had a fantastic sleep all three nights. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was also very extensive and delicious. For my Disneyland annual pass trips, this will definitely be my go-to place!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and skin-friendly bedding – I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff (especially the young man) were super attentive; he proactively helped with luggage during check-in and even offered a welcome drink. Breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly cooked noodles and wontons were delicious. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Facilities: The room is not very big, the decoration is a bit old, but the room is very clean.
Hygiene: There is no obvious dust in the corners of the room. There is no odor in the bathroom. The window can be opened a little, so it is not stuffy.
Location: Next to the subway entrance, it is very easy to find. You can see it when you look up at the subway station. There are many food stores around, and there is also an indoor basketball court, but the basketball court charges 40 for individual customers, which is a bit expensive.
Service: The environment is good, the lobby is clean and bright, I brewed black tea, the service is good, and the front desk Xiao Yuan and Xiao Jiang have a good service attitude

The hotel's location is pretty good. It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and it's quite a quick stroll from the exit. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities, including a laundry room and a gym. The room itself was decent and had a window. However, I didn't find the hotel staff particularly warm or enthusiastic. That said, for a Ji Hotel costing just over 300 RMB, I wasn't really expecting top-tier service anyway.

The conference was held at Shanghai International Expo Center, not far from the subway station. There are several good restaurants downstairs, which is convenient for entertaining customers. I always stay here. The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk service is also very good, and the breakfast has many varieties. I am very satisfied.

What a cozy, bright, and beautifully designed two-story unit! It's spotlessly clean, with a high-ceiling dining area featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows, complete with elegant curtains and sheer drapes. Just add wine and candles, and the romantic ambiance is absolutely perfect! Every corner is tastefully appointed, reflecting a truly thoughtful design. The upstairs bedroom offers superb privacy, and the sheer curtains create a romantic, softly veiled atmosphere. Highly recommended for a date!

More than a dozen people from our company came to Shanghai to hold a meeting. We booked this homestay. The transportation is very convenient and the environment is very good. In particular, the rooms are large and clean. The colleagues live in a very comfortable bed. There are many entertainment facilities in the public area on the first floor. The outdoor courtyard is quite pleasant to sit down for a busy day and drink tea and chat. The landlord is also very enthusiastic and very satisfied. I will continue to live next time.

The actual situation is just like the photo. I booked it myself and brought my family here and they all said it was very good. The landlord's service was also very attentive. He responded to messages in the middle of the night. He said that the quilt was a bit small and it was a bit cold for two people. He sent it to me the next day without asking. Another quilt was given to me. The room was clean and tidy. It was not noisy at night. It is also close to the subway. The starting price of a taxi is just right. It is more convenient to take a taxi to go out. It is half an hour's drive from the airport and train station, which is very convenient.

Line 11 takes you directly to Disneyland in under 20 minutes, saving a lot of time. The room was clean and tidy, with free laundry and drying services. The bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a good night's rest. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, proactively providing Disney travel tips and transportation recommendations, and even helping with luggage storage, which was very convenient. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and convenience stores, making life convenient. The price is very affordable and the value for money is excellent, making it a great choice for families or couples on a vacation. Highly recommended!

DDavid TiahStayed here twice to go to Shanghai Disneyland. This hotel's location is perfect for those wanting to take a metro to Disneyland in the morning and back at night. You take the Pusan Road station for that. The hotel room itself was nice and comfy. I would say it is great for the price. Just note that the way the bathroom was built can seem a little weird and can be a bit small, especially for a big guy like me. Other then that, I would say, highly recommended.
