在松江大學城附近的這樣酒店很好，價格優惠、乾淨，前台的工作人員小哥認真負責，半夜三更到達酒店也會負責任的幫你用心刷了一次又一次的身份驗證才能入住。這家酒店交通便利，酒店門口附近有全上海最好吃的牛肉粉絲湯和真材實料好吃的牛肉！周邊還有很多各式餐廳、洗腳店都不錯。這家小旅館很不錯哦！

Отель действительно расположен далеко от станции метро (но об этом написано в описании отеля). До метро можно дойти за 10-15 минут пешком. На метро до центра Шанхая примерно 1 час езды, до аэропорта Пудун на метро можно доехать за 2 часа.
Отель не новый, местами обшарпаный (старый пол, рваные занавески). Но хочется отметить чистоту, уборка проводилась каждый день. В номере есть кондиционер и чайник, но нет холодильника и пакетиков чая. Сам номер большой, светлый. Окна выходят на улицу, но т.к. улица тихая то в номере тоже тихо. Кравати широкие, удобные.
Персонал не говорит на английском, но отзывчивый и старается помочь (помогли вызвать такси, разогревали еду, убирали еду в холодильник)
Не советую покупать завтрак, т.к. это просто пакет с кипяченым молоком, сомнительной булочкой, бананом и вареным яйцом. Пакет выдают утром на стойке рецепшена, и поменять набор продуктов невозможно. Так же рядом со стойкоц рецепшен можно налиь чай\кофе и если успеете взять кекс (но он ограничен).
Рядом много точек с едой и лучше сходить позавтракать там.

坐落在松江南面，旁邊似乎是工業區，正對面是工廠
位置離新城有3km路吧，周圍環境沒有新城那邊的好，酒店估計建好好幾年了，外觀有些舊，內部保持的還算乾淨，進門有香氛
設施有些老，服務滿周到熱情，升級了個高級房，但陽台地漏沒有維護好，下雨了漏水進房間了，地毯濕了好多，趕快維護一下吧，中央空調這兩天沒開，和他們反應後反應還算主動，積極熱情的，給了個熱水釘
健身房設施還相對於經濟酒店多了些，還有洗衣室
早餐廳面積比較大，頭上是玻璃幕牆，所以晴天的時候陽光明媚，冬天吃飯暖洋洋的

The reservation lady who assisted us was very helpful. She even went upstairs to show us our rooms and the restaurant. She is always willing to help despite the language barrier. She always smiles and is very accommodating. The room is very big. They always clean it, replace the towels and other toiletries. It's indeed an awesome experience for our family.

BBangdetutuLokasinya sangat mudah. Tidak jauh dari dua pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah dan boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Yuyuan Garden juga berdekatan. Ia tidak jauh dari Bund. Ia adalah perjalanan teksi yang cepat. Jika anda ingin berjalan kaki, ia harus mengambil lebih banyak daripada minit 20. Terdapat juga hotel Bas ulang-alik beroperasi pada waktu tetap dan di kawasan tetap, yang agak mudah.
Terdapat juga keburukan.Pertama sekali, pintunya tidak begitu ketara.Tiada laluan bebas halangan di pintu.Walaupun hanya ada dua tiga anak tangga, ia amat menyusahkan orang yang membawa beg pakaian dan menolak kereta sorong. Hanya ada chef atau orang pick-up di muka pintu. Apabila pemandu sudah ada, dia akan segera berlari membantu. Jika mereka tiada, dia perlu mencari jalan penyelesaian sendiri.
Kedua, biliknya sangat kecil, malah bilik besar yang dinaik taraf agak kecil dan kesan penebat bunyi adalah sederhana.

Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus.
The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself.
On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them.
Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this.
At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen.
Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel
Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure.
I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T
I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm.
To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :)
Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol.
Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good.
Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”

Unable to travel over the festive season, I decided to treat myself to a few days in a local hotel. What other choice was there, other than the Bvlgari?
Prior to my arrival I received a call from the hotel. They confirmed my arrival time, made dinner reservations for me, added me to WeChat and offered me any other help that I required.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Eva. She checked me in and immediately offered me a late check out time of 14:00. This was extended further on the final day to 16:00. Fantastic! More time to relax by the pool and in the sauna.
Having checked me in, Eva gave me a tour of the property. The Bvlgari is stunning!From the stylish restoration of the Chamber of Commerce building to the sleek, modern interior of the main building.
The Bvlgari is located in an excellent position by Suzhou Creek. It offers dazzling views of Lujiazui , the Huangpu River and the rear of The Bund. Perhaps one of the best views in the city.
Of course, the room was magnificent. Huge TV, super comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a wide selection of drinks and snacks, most of which were complimentary. I especially thought the pillow mist was a nice touch.
In addition to the welcome snacks, Eva brought me a desert from their little cabin outside. A delicious Italian, vanilla donut- like desert. Good job I didn’t have lunch that day.
I dined at both the Italian and Chinese restaurants. Both of which offer amazing food.
The Italian presents simplistic fare with the emphasis on fresh ingredients. The vegetable broth and specialty bread is to die for.
The Chinese restaurant offers high quality Cantonese food and an alternative wine selection to that in the main building.
The sommelier suggested a great wine pairing for the meal and also provided a complimentary glass of champagne and a coffee liqueur before escorting back to the hotel.
Le Mer products are used in the spa! Yes, this is fantastic. My therapist, Daisy, had me in the state of being between consciousness and unconsciousness many times during the course of my treatment. Just what I was looking for.
The staff at the Bvlgari are excellent. Young, professional and obviously well trained, evident through their subject knowledge and warm hearted service.
All the staff consistently addressed me by name and ensured that my stay was perfect.
Whilst at the bar, one of the girls presumed I was asking for the bill, when actually I was asking for another drink. I left to visit the WC and returned to find a note apologizing for her misunderstanding of English accompanying a complimentary desert with my drink. That was amazing! Thank you, Elsker.
It’s often the small things that make a difference. Whilst walking to my room one of the room attendants was vacuuming the carpet. She abruptly stopped and waited for me to pass. Whilst at the pool, I headed towards the jacuzzi. Some of the staff appeared to be fixing or checking something, but they swiftly disappeared as I emerged.
Upon checkout, Eva was waiting for me with a gift bag containing chocolates. This was in addition to the luggage tags and toiletries that were gifted by the turn down service the previous night. Eva called me a car to take me home. Whilst I waited she filled my gift bag with sweets from the huge jars of confectionery in the lobby. As the doorman approached to let me know my car had arrived, he also presented a small gift of Bvlgari toiletry products.
What an amazing experience.! Truly remarkable.
I will definitely return and I’ll be adding locations in Paris, London, Bali and Milan to my list of places to visit.

Ms Vanessa and all front desks staff were very accommodating, We had a great dinner at Estilo restaurant, staff were great! food was delicious! especially the steak was perfectly cooked as requested. Will definitely come back to Senz for another relaxing getaway.

RRonakLocation is pretty remote-difficult to get around the area without a car as no bikes available in this region of the island. The resort itself was fantastic but only one gate was available to leave which made it awkward, food is very expensive in the restaurant and activities were limited at this time of the year. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, the walkways within the resort were awesome and hotel shuttle service to get around the resort is great too. Great resort for families and especially if you have a car! I would stay again, but probably get a driving license first 😂.

Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

TTrippin’Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel stay was really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was well worth the price. The only downside is that our room smelled a little bit like someone had smoked in it but it wasn’t a big deal. The location also isn’t super central, but we hadn’t explored the northern part of Shanghai before so it was cool to see. There is a really good noodle place like a 15 min walk from the hotel. There is also an underground market at one of the stations for line 10 close by. Underrated area in my opinion!
