Yangxian Village, Wangxian Valley

The hotel was absolutely wonderful and offered excellent value for the price. It was very affordable, yet the quality of service and facilities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, and I especially loved the pleasant fragrance that made the space feel clean and relaxing. The hotel also provided entrance tickets, which made the trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring both during the day and at night. The surroundings were beautiful, creating a memorable atmosphere throughout my stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They even assisted by carrying my luggage to the accommodation, which made me feel very well taken care of. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service at a reasonable price.

We stayed at this hotel, which is located in a village, and were very satisfied with our stay. We truly enjoyed everything: the cozy and pleasant atmosphere, a comfortable room, a soft and very comfortable bed, an excellent bathroom, and a delicious breakfast — everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details. There was a minor issue: the room felt a bit cold. However, our housekeeper Xiaokuang resolved it immediately, responded promptly to all our questions, and helped without any hassle — special thanks for that. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. Our stay left only the most positive impressions.

A beautiful, immersive stay with strong atmosphere, unique architecture, and a peaceful night experience — ideal for those who value ambience + experience over luxury. Yang Xian Lou is designed in a Tulou-inspired / traditional Chinese courtyard style, giving it a very different feel from normal hotels.

I would like to first- and foremost mention our personal concierge: Lai Lai, for her excellent customer service from the start till the end! Our stay at Wanxian was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccable, clean and well-organized. The room came with supplies, soaps, amazing- re useable water bottles, and floor heating! The room had everything you could need and want. They even supplied daily fresh fruits as well. When we required about a type of fruit she even took the time to bring some extra to our room. Next to the room being amazing, the buffet must have been the highlight of our trip. They have everything you could want or need. Their buffet is amazing, all dishes are made perfectly and the flavours are perfectly balanced. There are plenty of little stations too where you can get noodles, soup, waffles etc. The buffet made us feel like royalties, would absolutely recommend having this option included in your stay! The park itself is an interactive experience that requires good stamina. You'll be walking at least 5 to 10km a day, and every time you think you've seen it all, you come across another new little area. There are ample of food possibilities available in the park itself which are very affordable, even for Chinese standards. Even though it is an attraction park, this must have been one of our highlights on our China trip. Must mention though, the park is a lot nicer when you also speak Mandarin, or are with someone that speaks Mandarin. It isn't too equipped for English speaking tourism yet. Secondly, when you have the change - definitely use their 10yuan fake money and pay a visit to the ******** den down town. Playing the 'NPC's" and ******** with other park guests was absolutely amazing and hilarious, we had a blast. We thank the hotel for an amazing stay and the park itself for giving us such a good time!

The Wangxian Valley is a truly enchanting place, set in a beautiful village nestled deep in the valley and capable of leaving you speechless from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere feels authentic and carefully preserved, not overly touristy or artificial. The people are incredibly kind and helpful, and having a dedicated contact available on WeChat for anything you need makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. There is also the option to join a guided tour, which is a great way to better understand the area and appreciate details you might otherwise miss. On top of that, it is quite easy to reach: from Shangrao Train Station, a taxi ride of about one hour takes you directly there, making it a convenient and worthwhile destination

I will write in points: 1- location: it was a little bit difficult reaching to the hotel. But the staffs were very helpful. I recommend to add about how to reach to the hotel in the confirmation e-mail. 2- Food: the breakfast is delicious. Also, they use vegetable oil. it’s Muslim friendly. 3- The room was very clean and spacious. 4- Communication: they provided the number of the helper, I add his number to wechat. His name is 小林 (Kobayashi). He was really a great help. He responded to my messages very fast and accurately. I got lost and asked him to guide me, and he was able to provide accurate guidance through the chat. Also, he helped me to book a car from the hotel to the railway station. I really appreciate all his efforts. He is the best. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as you can directly go to the scenic area from your room, and don’t forget to add kobayashi to facilitate everything for you.
