Hotel berhampiran Qinfengxiang Passenger Transport Terminal, Shangrao

This is my second time staying at this hotel on this trip (two days away at Wangxiangu). The first time I had a bad experience. Because there are not many foreigners who stay at this hotel, they knew that the bad review was from me. The hotel manager personally came to apologize for the bad experience and offered me a small gift. It was very nice, but it will not affect my review. Every problem that I had last time was gone. The only thing that I thought was very strange is that I booked the same kind of room as last time, but for some reason this room did not have a desk in it. Finally, the front desk staff had a note in English and Chinese asking about my stay and making sure that I was happy. I suggest that it becomes a staff rule to ask all customers (both Chinese snd foreigners) about their stay to make sure that everyone is happy, and any problems, big or small, that do happen can be quickly fixed for the next people who stay.

設施：設施總體可以滿足使用，空間寬敞。 衞生：大姐的清掃房間衞生質量好，乾淨、整潔。 環境：酒店位置很不錯，周邊美食應有盡有，很方便。 服務：前台和客房大姐的服務都很好，性價比很高，值得推薦。入住還贈送蒸汽眼罩和茶葉，還有陶瓷杯，還是蠻實用的。

place was a little confusing to find at first it was at the ninth floor of a building, front desk was nice and helpful amenities were standard! price was amazingly cheap for the size of the room that was given

酒店前台小李服務人員超級好，進門辦理會細心詢問，本來訂的是高級，前台小姐姐幫我免費升級到行政大床，而且非常有禮貌，房間衞生很乾凈，裏面的設施設備也很哇塞，房間電視可以投屏、電動窗簾，而且晚上還贈送了免費晚安餐包，聽説還有健身房，游泳池，沒來得及體驗，這次入住很滿意，整體很好，房間也很大，很乾凈寬敞舒適，有免費的停車位，設施不錯非常不錯，早餐也非常豐富哦，真心不錯的五星級酒店，床和枕頭特別舒服，住的非常開心，樓層服務態度非常好，還有免費礦泉水，給我送歡迎水果時非常細心，很有禮貌，強烈推薦，下次還來這裏！

The location doesn't offer much around and there are no dining options other than the on-site restaurant. But those are the only disadvantages; the grounds are beautiful and the room is extremely spacious and comfortable! The facilities are well-maintained and the restaurant portions are copious and quite tasty. To get around the hotel, the front desk sends a golf cart. The pool staff were very helpful filling the pool with colder water when we stayed in the summer. It feels like a true holiday. I would choose this hotel again if in the area and in need of a staycation!

Hotel was clean but what really bothered us was finding condoms and sex toys available in our room. Although the room looked clean, the items made it feel like the room was dirty. Breakfast wasn’t an option as advertised on trip.com…understanding that it is Chinese New Year but then guests should have been informed before booking. The room itself was comfy but we had hoped for the sink to be inside the bathroom as shown in the advertised photos. The entire hotel also smelt like smoke.

Truly impressed with this hotel. The owner is very eelcoming and kind. He is fair and give us recommendation on time and location to visit. Before arriving, he almost prompt to reply and even lias with the driver to pick us up (6 seated car). Everything was smooth and comfortable! We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here if we visit here again.

臨時的行程，隨機預訂的民宿，沒想到挖到了寶！民宿是新開的，就在河邊，窗外風景絕佳，感覺什麼都不做，就坐在窗邊的茶几上泡茶就可以坐一整天。房間內乾淨衞生，老闆自己就是做門窗的，房間裏不僅窗簾，連窗户的開關都是語音控制的，在這住了三天，我老公還是沒記住口令，一會兒小愛一會兒小藝，哈哈都不對，究竟是什麼口令呢？那就等你們來入住自己問老闆吧哈哈！ 這裏離景區不遠，老闆親自開車免費接送，昨晚九點半出景區的時候突然下起了大雨，一聯繫，老闆已經在大雨裏等候了。 老闆和老闆娘真是特別善良的人，剛到的第一天晚上半夜一點多，娃兒突發急病，無奈之下衹好叫醒老闆，老闆二話不説，開車載到衞生院，還幫忙跑上跑下找值班醫生。回到民宿後老闆娘特地給熬了稀飯，還專門給娃準備了配飯的小菜，還有很多細節之處，盡顯用心！ 跟老闆溝通交流聊天，不需要花裏胡哨的客套，夫妻倆都是非常實在的人👍

One of the only hotels inside Wangxiangu. However for the price I expect a bit more. The front desk staff weren't even able to help us book transportation tickets or give us any info for onward travel. Rooms were nice but we got placed in a room near the reception and it didn't have any of the vibes that you hope to get while staying inside Wangxiangu. The gardenia scented toiletries were amazing! They do provide transportation up from the Visitor Center to Reception. Be aware that the rooms are all up on the hill while all the main activities are down near the river.

非常熱情的老闆，整個入住過程都很愉快並且放心，首先從一下車開始老闆就會親自接待幫忙提行李直到房間，然後看到房間也是非常滿意舒適，各類設備都很齊全，衞生也非常乾淨，老闆有問必答，去了那麼多地方旅遊碰到的第一家帶劇本殺的！真的超讚！作為劇本殺忠實愛好者必須要來沖這家！開的本也是超級好玩刺激！真的是非常滿意的一次入住
