The room was clean and the room was bright. There is free parking space along the street at the door, the hotel is on the second floor, there is no elevator. My room is facing the street, and the window is closed. I slept well all night. The hotel also sent earplugs intimately. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there is a barbecue stall opposite at night. The hotel is 6 km from Lingshan and more than 10 km from Wangxian Valley.

I went to Anhui via Shangrao. After comparing several hotels in Shangrao, I chose the newly opened 𠓾Bang Hotel. I received a warm reception from the front desk manager Cha Rongfang, who implemented my needs and took the initiative to ask for the license plate number for registration (before, another brand of five-star hotel would not take the initiative to ask for the license plate number, and I took the initiative to ask for registration). The hotel showed professional management quality, the hotel facilities are very new, the room is clean and tidy, and there are many types of breakfast. The only thing I don’t like is that the night light in the toilet is too bright, which affects my sleep through the glass door. I hope it will be taken seriously and improved.

This stay was a truly delightful surprise! From the moment we entered, the staff were incredibly welcoming and patiently guided us through the check-in process. Whether it was checking in or using the room amenities, everything was explained clearly and efficiently, eliminating any need for us to figure things out ourselves. Their attentive and considerate service was truly heartwarming.
Even more surprisingly, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary breakfast. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the food was delicious – I was very satisfied.
Furthermore, I must commend the hotel's parking lot; it's incredibly spacious and convenient, making parking a breeze.
Overall, a perfect experience! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The Hampton by Hilton Shangrao Fenghuang Avenue, much like the one in Yushan, feels more like a Hilton than a Hampton overall. The exterior is quite grand, and the lobby is opulent. The location is excellent, right next to Wuyue Plaza, but it's a bit of a distance from Shangrao Station, so be mindful if you're catching a train – it's about a 30-minute ride. The hotel rooms are very spacious. The front desk lady was lovely and upgraded us to a deluxe large room with a sofa, though it was my first time staying at a hotel where the shower was separated by a curtain [chuckles]. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the laundry room on the 5th floor with washing and drying machines was very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. The price was also reasonable [chuckles]. Thumbs up!

AAnonymous UserI want to start by sincerely thanking the uncle who works at this homestay for all his hospitality and attention. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were very well treated and taken care of. I will definitely remember our stay in Wangxian and hopefully come back to see the uncle.
My partner and I visited from Canada and I speak very little mandarin. Despite this, the uncle and the other residents of the neighborhood were very patient and helpful when communicating.
The check-in process was electronic. You scan the uncle’s QR code with your WeChat and register your information. For foreigners, it would be helpful to have WeChat running before arriving. The check-in was in Chinese, but I just screenshot the page and translated it and had no problems.
We stayed in room 301, it was a double room and true to the pictures. The cleanliness was good and it was quite confortable. There are large windows for lots of sun. The water is hot and the AC is functional, no complaints.
The homestay is very well located about a 10 minute drive from the Wangxian scenic area, and roughly an hour from Shangrao station. In the vicinity, there are many restaurants and a little supermarket.
Since it was quiet the night we checked-in, the uncle took us to visit the town nearby and gave us lots of recommendations for our visit such as going to the scenic area in the afternoon, and staying until the lights come on to see the night view.
We had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant as recommended by the uncle. The food was home-cooked and the quantities were generous. Although we ate at the neighbour’s, the uncle also has some food and beverages you can buy, as well as some tables where you can eat.
Later in the evening, the uncle and neighbours invited us to sit with them and we shared some great moments together.
The next morning, the uncle had prepared a very typical Chinese breakfast for us to try. We then went up to the scenic area around midday and came back around 7pm. When we came back, we had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant again and shared some more moments with them.
The uncle and neighbours helped us coordinate transportation to our next location and gave us recommendations to better enjoy our next destination which we followed and it turned out great thanks to them.
The community is what makes this place charming and I recommend it to anyone.

Nnika2046The owner kindly helped us book a shared shuttle directly to the hotel. They were also very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off services to and from the scenic area, even coming to pick us up when we returned after 10 PM. The room was very clean, and the view from the window was exactly as pictured. It offers great value for money. Given its mountain-side location, it's understandable to encounter a few small flying insects. Upon arrival, the room had been well-ventilated with open windows, so the air inside was fresh. The Xiaodu smart device was also very convenient. The guesthouse is only a few minutes' drive from the scenic area, making it a great choice if you prefer to stay just outside the main tourist hub.

WWHUHello. We are a couple from Holland and are spending our third week of our vacation in China in Huangling cun. We planned to only spend one night in Huangling but we were enjoying ourselves here so much that we extended our stay with an extra night.
The B&B is located at the top of the mountain and our room at the B&B was also on the topfloor. The hallways on each floor and the room itself are tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The room is fully equipped. All is looking tidy and sparkling clean. The door next gives access to a roof terrace with laundry facilities and wiring for hanging clothes to dry.
The boss (Mme Zhan) gave us a warm welcome and came down the mountain to pick us up where the taxi driver could not go any further up. Although we booked the Tatami room she suggested us to move into the room next door. That one comes with a balcony. We gladly accepted her advice.
After having refreshed ourselves in the room she showed us the footpath up the mountain that leads to the entrance. She told us to contact her via Wechat at the end of the evening so that she could bring us back to the hotel again.
The next morning she brought us down the mountain so that we could have breakfast near the bus station. from there we could easily take the bus to another beautiful old village in the neighbourhood, Likeng.
The boss dropped us off and wished us a good day. We did not know that while we were eating the went back up to the B&B and came down again to bring us an umbrella to provide shelter from rain or sunshine. We did not request this. We very much appreciated this kind and polite gesture.
We had a great time in Huangling village on our first day. Our second day was in Likeng village. The atmosphere in Likeng was very relaxing. It felt really authentic and the people here are very friendly and welcoming.
Thank you boss and thank you all fine people in Huangling village and Likeng village. We had the time of our lives in your beautiful villages 😍

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the bathroom even provided disposable bath towels. All the smart appliances could be conveniently voice-controlled using Xiaodu. However, the absolute highlight was the owner. He/She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even helping us with our luggage up and down the stairs. Their service was exceptionally patient and genuinely warm. We also had access to the guesthouse's electric vehicle for quick trips to and from Wangxian Valley scenic area, which was a huge time-saver compared to driving.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at this homestay ! The location is strategic, situated right along the main road of the nearest village to Wangxian Valley Scenic Park. Despite being in a busy area with many shops nearby, the homestay is surprisingly quiet, thanks to it good soundproofing, ensuring us a peaceful rest.
The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. What truly set this homestay apart was the exceptional hospitality of the lady boss and her brother. From the moment we made our booking, she was incredibly responsive on WeChat, answering all our questions and even arranging a transfer from the high-speed rail station to the homestay.
Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, allowing us to stay in side-by-side rooms for the convenience of taking care of my elderly father. We arrived quite late, around 9 PM, yet we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift set, including a packet of milk and some bread—such a kind gesture from the owner.
During our stay, we were also invited to join the local Chap Goh Mei celebration, which was a fantastic cultural experience for us. Breakfast was provided through vouchers, allowing us to try delicious meals from different nearby shops on both mornings.
Another highlight was the free shuttle service to Wangxian Valley. The lady boss’s brother was incredibly prompt—whenever we called, he arrived within minutes. Upon checkout, we received a beautiful set of bowls as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch.
We were from Malaysia. This was our first time traveling free and easy in China, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The warmth and generosity of the hosts made our trip truly memorable. By the way, the lady boss also able to communicate in English. I believe this well make communication easy for those English speakers. Really highly recommended!

房间与照片完全一致，非常干净整洁。但最让我们感动的是女老板和她弟弟无微不至的热情款待。从预订开始，女老板就在微信上非常及时地回复我们的所有问题，还贴心地帮我们安排了从高铁站到民宿的接送服务。
抵达民族宿时，我们意外收到了房间升级的惊喜，让我们可以住在相邻的房间，方便照顾年迈的父亲。我们到达时已是晚上9点，但仍然得到了热情的欢迎，老板娘还贴心地赠送了一份小礼物——一袋牛奶和面包，真的很温暖！
入住期间，老板娘还特意邀请我们参加元宵节（十五暝）前夕的当地庆祝活动，让我们大开眼界，感受到浓厚的地方文化氛围。早餐方面，民宿提供早餐券，可以前往附近的商店用餐，我们连续两天尝试了不同的店家，每家都非常美味。
民宿还提供免费接送服务前往望仙谷景区，速度极快。我们打电话，几分钟内老板娘的弟弟就会到达接送我们，十分方便。退房时，像其他客人一样，我们还收到了一份精美的瓷碗作为纪念品，真的很用心！
我们是马来西亚人，这是我们第一次在中国自由行，酒店的热情服务让整个旅程变得轻松又难忘，强烈推荐！

ZZawwMore than perfect. From arrival check-in to checkout everything was gorgeous. Others say that it’s cheaper outside but I got 300% service, happiness and quality for what I paid. You’re assisted with a private butler 24/7 and she’ll take care of all your needs in a minute or 2.
The main experience ( for me) is that you don’t need to worry about your time. Unlimited entries and nothing to carry along with you while you’re walking and climbing a lot.
The room is spotless and easy to reach from any part of the scenic area. Heating systems and smart facilities are among the amazing features of the price. Floor heating system is my first experience in while China.
When you wake up next morning, the breakfast is ready for you with plenty of quality varieties buffet style to enjoy.
Next year same season, I’ll be visiting this hotel again but this time for 2 nights

NNadineisinshanghaiWe stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need.
The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee.
The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

The architecture blends seamlessly with the beautiful surroundings; every step offers a new picturesque view, making it feel like a wonderland. The only slight letdown was that the water in our room was cold on the first day, making it impossible to wash up. Thankfully, the staff handled it promptly and moved us to a different room the next day.
