Highly recommended. New and very nice minsu. Excellent service. Got free pickup service to and fro train station. Walking distance to old ancient city. They have nice evening tea with fruit platter, nuts and sweet potatos. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to go to tourists spots.

The homestay is within a short walk to dukezong old town. Room was equipped with heated floor which is a plus. The reception guy at night is very friendly and helpful. Had a nice "bbq" session at the homestay.

The hotel provided excellent service; the staff were friendly and even helped us carry our luggages. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Its location near DuKeZong Old Town made traveling convenient. Afternoon tea with the staff. I’d definitely stay here again!

New and nice minsu with a delicious breakfast.. one thing I must mention is this minsu has Lift. Walking distance to the old town..

Stayed 1 night at this hotel and I like it very much. Hotel is very new and very nice. They even provide room built in oxygen supply in case you need it middle of the night. Location is 7 mins walk to old ancient city. In the night we sit around the fire place and chatted with the staff. Good experience.

Exquisitely decorated hotel rooms with excellent smart home features.. The 2 young men manning the reception provided exceptional service and always ready to offer assistance.. They even offer evening tea with fruit platter, nuts and sweet potatoes... Combining that with a short 10 minute stroll to the ancient city, this hotel is highly recommended.. And did I mention of the impeccable service by the 2 young men.. 😁

Pros - room is clean, toilet bowl is sensor and shower is good for warm water - free pick and sending services to train station - staff service is good Cons - about 10 mins walk to ancient town - no phone in room to contact reception - no coffee and tea bags supplies in the room - no towels provided, only provide one time use paper towels for shower and hands -breakfast selection is below average

I like the hotel because the hotel is a brand new and high tech hotel and it provides oxygen machine which I needed badly. The friendly staffs the is so welcoming and provide us with excellent service such as local transportation though the location is so assessable to many tourists spots and railway station. 5 star service!! Definitely will be back

Spanking new hotel in operations for 2 months. Friendly staff. Wifi works well in the room. Staff cooked noodles for our breakfast. We could use the washing machine too. Location is in Dukezong ancient town. Our cab could stop right in front of the hotel, unlike some others where you have to drag your luggage in. They gave us a free ride to the train station when we checked out.

服務很棒的一家民宿，位置距離古城不遠，找好吃的也方便，反饋問題都會積極解決，工作人員都是年輕人，態度都十分好 火車站接送很滿意，特別是熱情友好的司機藏族小哥，還給我們安利了藏語歌曲🎵好好聽！！ 下次夏天再來香格里拉，應該還會來這家，體驗感很好👍

來香格里拉一定要來住且慢，給父母和朋友一行六人訂的房間，住了兩宿，之後包車去了梅里雪山飛來寺遊玩兩天，回到香格里拉又續住在這裏，期間民宿還幫忙寄存了行李。 從一開始約接站加微信時，前台的小哥達瓦就一直很熱情的回覆，並告知各種注意事項，父母他們到達民宿後，幫忙開供氧設備，介紹怎麼遊玩，特別熱情細心。 父親從梅里雪山回來後有點高反，民宿的小哥就又幫忙拿了氧氣瓶，囑咐要好好休息。 民宿裝修的簡潔大方，衞生乾淨，服務熱情。 以後有機會自己去香格里拉還會選擇這裏！推薦大家來住！

酒店位置在路边，有停車位，又近古城，十分方便自駕出行，步行到古城中心都是十多分鐘。酒店十分乾淨，房間寬敞，服務到位。冬天供暖室內溫度大約是20度左右，水杯、毛巾是一次性的。

這是我很滿意的一家精品民宿，老闆還給我們免費升級房間。房間和公共區域環境都非常好，前台服務也很好，很貼心，下午還有圍爐煮茶。而且離獨克宗古城特別近。是這次旅程中入住體驗最滿意的一家，下次來香格里拉還住這裏
