Shangri-La LAN YU plateau section hotel（DUKEZONG Old Town）

The hotel is beautiful, it is nicely located near to many restaurants and just 5-10 mins walking distance to the famous old ancient city, room is spacious, staffs are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very yummy, would like to stay again if I visit Shangri-La again next time!

We had a wonderful stay! Even though we barely speak the local language, we felt incredibly well looked after and supported throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Kian, who communicated with us very well in English and made it so much easier to organize all the activities and experiences we enjoyed during our time here. We would also like to really thank the rest of the reception team and our driver for their kindness and helpfulness, we truly felt cared for at all times. The hotel itself is excellent, the facilities are modern, comfortable, and spotless. Our room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is also great, just a few minutes from the entrance to the old town. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. If we ever come back to Shangri-La, we would stay here again without a doubt. 10/10! 😊

We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel and were deeply impressed by the attentiveness, hospitality, and exceptional service provided by the team. Every staff member was warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to Xiao Liu, who consistently greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to assist us with any issues or requests we had. His kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay especially memorable. He always made sure we had a comfortable and worry-free experience, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future!

The room was fresh and well laid out. The hotel amenities were good, and with laundry facilities. The staffs were enthusiastic and pleasant, which made for an enjoyable stay

A pleasant stay over at this hotel. Their staff are really nice and helpful and able to answer and help out all our enquiries. The hotel it's about 8-10mins walk to the Guzhen. The surrounding was really quiet at night as well, they prepare oxygen in your room and will teaches you how to use it. Will stay over again if I'm going back to 香格里拉！
