Memang sangat berbaloi, hotel terbaik dalam perjalanan saya ke Yunnan! Selain baru dan serba lengkap, layanan dari staf wanita dan pemilik juga sangat baik. Lokasinya sangat strategik, cuma 5 minit jalan kaki ke Taman Guishan, dan senang untuk panggil teksi. Sangat disyorkan dalam situasi persaingan sengit sekarang ini. Lima bintang!

We had such a wonderful stay at Yixin Hotel! The location is fantastic, just a few steps away from Dukezong Ancient Town, which made exploring Shangri-La so easy and convenient. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel and immediately be in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the oxygen supply in the room, which was honestly a lifesaver, especially with the altitude in Shangri-La. It made our stay much more comfortable and allowed us to rest well after a day of exploring. What really made this stay special, though, were the owners themselves. Since they personally take care of the hotel and their guests, you can really feel how much they care about making sure everything is just right. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Between the excellent location, beautiful rooms, thoughtful amenities, and genuinely caring hospitality, Yixin Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shangri-La!

Relaxing stay. Hotel and room were clean, was given barley tea after check in and while waiting for room * had arrived early). The Manager was very kind, attentive and made sure I have everything I needed breakfast was great, a very balanced meal and got me through the day. There was afternoon tea with a plate of fruit and some pastries. Also, later in the day got either yogurt or milk delivered to the room depending on what you wanted. Really enjoyed my stay...

From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted by the family. They were incredibly welcoming and even helped us carry our luggage while offering us refreshing welcome drinks. They personally showed us around the accommodation, and we were amazed by how beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean everything was. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of care put into the food. What really stood out was their incredible hospitality. They kindly dropped us off at the high-speed railway station and even gave us some thoughtful gifts before we left. These little gestures made our stay even more special. We were truly happy with our experience. The customer service was absolutely top-notch, and the amenities and facilities were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with warm, genuine hospitality. Our favourite hotel in Yunnan! The location is convenient, within walking distance to the Golden Wheel and main town square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and all the thoughtful extras made us feel so well taken care of. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Shangri-La!

The hotel is located right next to Dukezong Temple, making it an excellent choice for exploring Shangri-La Old Town on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, stylish, and beautifully designed. The room was especially lovely in the afternoon when it was filled with warm sunlight. There is also a rooftop where guests can relax and enjoy the surrounding views. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La.

We booked a second room and were equally pleased. It was spacious, well maintained, and tastefully appointed with every comfort. The attention to detail was evident, from the heated toilet seat to the soothing foot bath presented in a handcrafted wooden bucket. We also appreciated the complimentary minibar, locally inspired breakfast, and excellent coffee. Cleanliness was evident throughout, and staff donned shoe covers before entering, underscoring the hotel’s dedication to hygiene and guest comfort. Like our first room, it provided a serene retreat after a day of exploring Shangri-La and offered everything we could have wished for. The service remained consistently high throughout our visit. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist, creating a welcoming and personalized experience. The complimentary buggy service to town was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, our second room further affirmed the hotel’s high standards. Combined with its convenient location, complimentary buggy transfers, and gracious hospitality, it made our stay in Shangri-La truly memorable. We would gladly return and confidently recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a refined and comfortable stay.

Really enjoyed this one. The hotel sits right inside Shangri-La Ancient City, with the DuKeZong temple just a short walk away. Restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions are all within easy reach — genuinely hard to beat for convenience. Room-wise, we had a twin double room that was surprisingly spacious. All five of us stayed comfortably without feeling cramped at all — that’s always a win when travelling as a group. Breakfast was a highlight too — freshly prepared by the resident auntie and really delicious. Simple but done well. Overall a great stay. Highly recommended!
