Shangri La Dukezong Ancient City Moonlight Square Atour Hotel

Hotel ini mempunyai suasana Tibet yang kuat dan terletak betul-betul di sebelah Dataran Moonlight, menjadikan penginapan di bandar lama sangat mudah. Dibuka pada tahun 2026, kemudahannya baharu dan bersih, dan sistem bekalan oksigen menyeluruh di seluruh bilik adalah sentuhan yang sangat bertimbang rasa. Servisnya mesra dan penuh perhatian, memberikan pengalaman keseluruhan yang selesa dan menenangkan.

Booked a room with balcony on level 2. Was informed all their rooms had no air-conditiomer but was advised that the nights in their hotel, temperature can get really cold. However, we had difficulty sleeping at night because although temperature was at 10 degrees and we left the balcony door and window open with heater switched off, the room was still stuffy with no wind coming in at all. To make things worst, hotel does not even have a fan to provide for customers. Also, their rooms are situated as individual buildings and you will need to pull your luggages to your own room after check in at their reception. There isnt any staff to help deliver your luggages to your room. For the price charged per night, i personally feel is not worth it for a room without air-conditioner. We slept at 12 midnight but woke up at 2am as the room was stuffy. The view from our room with a construction site right beside us and it gets noisy at night with all the cars and bikes driving past your room.

Room is very spacious with a balcony, even through there is no aircon but room is cooling. Very convenient to Dukezong Ancient Town just walk down from the hotel.

A beautiful hotel exuded Zang ethnicity vibes from the furnishing. The room was well-appointed with oxygen mist, heater and air purifier. View from the room was excellent - overlooking the ancient town, the prayer wheel and Dafo temple. The hotel was located near Dukezong ancient town. Staff were friendly and responsive to my requests. Special shoutout to the dedicated buggy driver/porter who carried my heavy luggage up and down a flight of stairs during check in and check out. Breakfast selection was good. The only grip was the wifi connection in the room was poor. Often, I had to toggle the wifi button on my phone to get connection. However, the connection seemed fine at the dining area near the lobby. Given that my room was located at the farthest block from the lobby, it could be the router placement issue. Feedback was provided during checkout and I hope the staff looked into resolving this issue.

The staff were really helpful, they gave us directions to the ancient town, which is just a short distance walk away, and also helped us with our luggage and taking us to our room. The room itself was very cozy, comfortable, and clean and came with everything that we needed too. The only thing that I felt was not ideal was that we had to re-activate our room card at the front desk everyday due to some system limitation they had, and the hotel is also located on slightly uphill path when walking back from the ancient town, but other than that we thought the room was great.

This hotel has a very unique design and appearance, and within walking distance to Dukezong Ancient City. Room was upgraded upon checked in. The room is beautiful, spaces and can view the Guisan Park directly from the room. Thanks An Yu (安鱼) for such an arrangement. Will definitely come back and stay again after my trip to Meili Snow Mountain.

We are upgraded to suite room as our the previous guest of our balcony room have not check out. The room is one of the largest of all Atour Hotel. Ample space and nicely decorated. Love the interior design with a touch of the local colour, fabric and material. The hotel is located beside Indigo Hotel, it's a short walk from the old town and good for those who like to explore the DuKeZong Old Town but want to enjoy a peaceful stay. Some rooms are facing a private carpark, so they might be more noisy. There's no a/c in the room but outside temperature was cool and nice even in early summer June. The hotel provide oxygen and humidifier in the room. These are really helpful to ease and prevent your mountain sickness.

The hotel is in very good location but the front desk staff need more training. The breakfast has room for improvement.

Accessible from main road, Didi come straight in. Very modern design, underfloor heating. Room has oxygen supply. Breakfast and laundry same standard as all Atour hotels. Will stay again.
