Bilik bersih dan ringkas. Sesuai dengan jangkaan sebagai rumah teh dalam pengembaraan. Kafe/bar yang indah dengan pemandangan pergunungan yang hebat!

rumah tamu kuda teh adalah salah satu tempat pemeriksaan utama di sepanjang perjalanan, dan mempunyai dek tontonan (dengan bar) di mana anda boleh mendapatkan secawan kopi dan menikmati pemandangan gunung. lokasinya hebat, dan merupakan tempat yang sesuai untuk berhenti jika anda melakukan pendakian 2H1N. duduk di luar bilik anda dan melihat bintang pada waktu malam. memandangkan kawasan itu sedang dibangunkan untuk menampung lebih ramai pelancong, anda akan dapati banyak pembinaan sedang dijalankan… kemudahan adalah sangat asas, syampu sabun disediakan dalam sachet dan bilik en suite mempunyai tandas basah (mandi terbuka dan tandas tanpa sekatan). makanan di sini adalah asas, tiada apa yang perlu dilaungkan. sayur tumis saya datang berenang dalam minyak… yang saya pelajari ialah cara orang di kawasan ini memasak makanan mereka. anda boleh menconteng tandatangan anda di lantai dinding perabot kerusi dan lain-lain sebagai sekejap... tetapi coretan itu terlalu menggembirakan untuk saya. pertimbangkan lokasi ini sebagai warisan (menjadi titik tengah bagi keseluruhan laluan kuda teh)… dan untuk pemandangan. tandas kongsi pun ada pemandangan!

Ulasan positif mengejutkan memandangkan ini benar-benar salah satu tempat paling teruk yang pernah saya tinggal. Tandas untuk bilik bukan en suite pada dasarnya adalah tandas awam asas yang digunakan oleh orang yang lalu-lalang sepanjang hari. Tiada kawasan perkauman hanya untuk tetamu dan tapak itu ditakluki oleh pejalan kaki yang singgah untuk berehat (yang cukup adil). Kami dapat melihat ke bilik seterusnya melalui celah-celah dan dapat mendengar setiap perkataan yang dituturkan. Ya, teresnya bagus tetapi pemandangan indah mudah didapati di gaung. Selagi berjalan kaki bermula di rumah tamu Naxi, anda boleh dengan mudah melakukan beberapa batu lagi dan tinggal di tempat yang lebih baik di sepanjang gaung.

Great place to stay when trekking Tiger Leaping Gorge. The food was great and they have a lovely terrace with incredible view. It gets cold at nights so bring warm clothes to sleep in.

Perfect location directy on path of tiger leaping gorge. We were upgraded to a room with private bathroom and were surprised how luxurious chinese "mountain huts" are. Hot water shower, heating blanket, ac, wifi in room. They have this beautiful terrasse with delicious coffee and beer and cook good dinner/breakfast that is reasonably priced.

Wonderful stay. The view frm cafe is amazing. The cafe serve yummy coffee n tea. Staff very friendly & helpfull. There is microwave for reheat halal (muslim) food. One of the staff can speak English

The views from the bar on the top are great. The room is really cold but there is electric blankets that help. Didn’t manage to get hot water

A perfect stay along the upper trail of the three gorges hike. The view from the coffee shop and viewing platform was the best on the whole track! It was Chinese new year when we stayed and they cooked an amazing dinner.

Great stay, really nice room and kitchen / food. We had a great view and the view from the deck is amazing. Only not 5 stars for cleanliness because the toilet is really not great, it’s a half door that looks right out to where people walk and the toilet is just a drain you stand either side of. Just be prepared it’s not the greatest!

great view and sufficient basic amenities. will recommend as a pit stop while hiking through tiger leaping gorge - staff were really friendly too!

I was skeptical about TeaHorse at first due to the lack of reviews but this turned out to be a wonderful stay! We stayed here overnight on our 2 day hike through the Tiger Leaping Gorge. We upgraded to the Deluxe Standard Room (for extra 50 CNY) since the room is newer and slightly bigger. The ensuite toilet was basic but very clean. The beds were also heated and the aircon could be used for heating and cooling. The guesthouse also runs a restaurant cooking homecooked meals and a cafe/bar boasting a beautiful view. We felt that the view from TeaHorse was better than the one at Halfway House, which seems to be the more popular resting spot amongst hikers. The view of stars from the cafe viewpoint at night is also amazing. The staff helped us book a return bus to Lijiang, which left from Tina’s guesthouse the next day. Tina’s was a 4h hike from TeaHorse and we boarded the bus back to Lijiang Old Town with no problem. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend this room as an overnight rest point for hikers.

Basic accommodation (warning to westerners, the bed is quite hard!) but it is a warm safe place to sleep and you will be very happy to arrive here after walking a long first day of the amazing Tiger Leaping Gorge trail!! The staff are lovely, and the guesthouse has a great restaurant (western and Chinese food) and bar.

Decent lodging with very good views. Takes a while for hot water to get running, but glad I had it in my room (I heard other rooms may not have)
