Nyonya rumah ini sangat cantik, ramah dan membantu. Membuat pengalaman hanya dengan apa yang saya perlukan.

Wow, rumah tamu apa! Bilik yang kami miliki adalah asas tetapi bersih dengan tempat tidur yang selesa dan seprai lembut. Apa yang menjadikan tempat ini benar-benar istimewa adalah penjagaan dari pemiliknya. Tidak ada yang terlalu banyak untuknya, dia mengatur perjalanan kami ke Taman Negara Balagezong dan menolong kami merancang perhentian kami seterusnya di Yubeng. Dia juga memanggil rumah tamu kami seterusnya untuk mendapatkan nombor lokasi dan pin lokasi untuk kami. 100% akan mengesyorkan tinggal di sini kepada sesiapa sahaja yang ingin meneroka Yunnan utara dan Shangri-La.

The location is good, just few minutes walking distance to ancient town.

Good service and hospitality especially the lady call Rose, She's very nice and warm and helpful. I will come back because of her.

We had an amazing time at Kevin trekker's in. It's a great hostel for adventurous travellers. Xiau speaks English and made us feel at home. She invited us to join dinner with 'the family' and some other guests and we ate some amazing chinese food together. We had a good sleep and enjoyed the fire wood stove and the butter milk tea.

Xiao and her cousin were very friendly, and even invited us to have dinner with them! The day after, they also brought us to the train station; very pleasant stay! 😊 The hotel is also located close to the ancient town, with a view over the city.

Great hospitality. I had a terrific stay. Felt at home all along even though I don't speak mandarin. I strongly recommend it

A good location which is near Duzekong Ancient Town/shopping town, around 10 minute walk. The hotel is on an elevated part of the city so you can see the ancient village from the hotel especially if you book the room that we booked. The hotel room is large with basic necessities. It has a large balcony which overlooks the city which we truly enjoyed. The owners are super nice but only speak a little English.

Very nice Little Hostel with hot water shower and nice courtyard…very friendly stuff The girls were waiting us because of late arrival and help us to book our next Transport. We are very thankfull for the help

Maybe the best place to stay in Shangrila. Located just outside the north gate of the old city, in a pretty old courtyard full of flowers. The owners are friendly and can help organize trips and drivers. ( Their English is limited, but but with translation apps communication is easy.) if you’re lucky, you may be able to get the top floor room, with private balcony and view over the old and new city and the “revolutionary martyrs” cemetery that’s right behind the buildings. I plan to stay here again if I return to Shangrila!

Comfortable and clean place to stay within a few minutes walk away from the old town. Hosts are very friendly and easy to talk to. They are also knowledgeable about surrounding areas and can help arrange transport for onward travel if needed.

A great place to stay! A friend recommended it and it turned out to be everything that she said. When we arrived we were given a lot of useful info and tips about the area. The room was cozy and super clean. It’s just a few minutes walk to one of the entrances to the old city. They make an amazing egg, cheese and bacon sandwich that was easy to take with you for lunch. 一个很不错的客栈！一个朋友推荐的，她说的跟实际的情况一直。一到就给我们不少的有用的资料和推荐。房间很舒服和非常干净。只要走几分钟就到古城的一个门口。她做鸡蛋芝士和培根的三明治很好吃，很方便带走在中午吃。

Owner was the best. Top floor room was the best the view was the best the terrace was the best. Would not stay anywhere else when I go back

民宿很好，整個入住過程愉快且放心，房間的佈局很是簡約清新 各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！！！從進門設計感十足，小院非常美麗，服務也非常周到，離古城 松贊林寺都很近，老闆的小貓非常可愛！！！
