Filthy and rundown. There was a tea table in the hotel lobby where staff seemed to be working, drinking tea, smoking, and chatting, creating a very smoky atmosphere. The room's hygiene was arguably the worst I've ever seen. Breakfast was also incredibly disappointing.

Regarding the room's inadequate cleanliness, this was due to our insufficient attention to detail in housekeeping. We have added door crevices, bathroom corners, and other hidden areas to our cleaning routine, and the manager will conduct a second inspection after each room cleaning to eliminate any unsanitary areas. You mistakenly thought the person smoking at the lobby tea table was a staff member. We would like to clarify that this guest was a current guest. It was our front desk staff's mistake that we failed to notice and dissuade them from smoking. We will increase the number of no-smoking signs in public areas and promptly stop any behavior that may disturb others. We also regret that our breakfast did not meet your personal preferences. Most guests have consistently given our breakfast positive reviews, and we remain open to your suggestions. We will collect more guest feedback soon to optimize the menu, flavors, and presentation to better meet the diverse dietary preferences of our guests. Thank you so much for your honest and objective review. It helped us identify shortcomings in our management. We have implemented corrective measures for each issue and sincerely look forward to your next visit so you can personally experience the changes at our hotel. We wish you a pleasant life.

The hotel environment is really nice, and the room is very spacious, clean, and tidy. Plus, there's an adorable giant poodle that you can play with if you bring your own pet, which is super pet-friendly. They also have floor heating and even provided complimentary fruit.

The entire guesthouse is meticulously maintained, and I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The whole place was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, hot water was consistent, and all appliances were available. The host was easygoing and friendly, and replied promptly to any questions. It's conveniently located for getting around, the environment is peaceful, and it definitely rivals big hotels. A truly perfect stay, worth coming back to again and again.

Excellent stay here. Nice clean room, room heating, hot water, firm mattress. Room has humidifier and various eletrical appliances. Hotel is convenient situated near to restaurants and old town. Hotel provided simple and nice complimentary chinese breakfast. Highly recommended. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

The rooms are excellent but there ain't too much variety for breakfast. Also not adequate laundry facilities.

Five stars, hands down! The guesthouse's courtyard is absolutely stunning, with a fantastic mountain and garden vibe. The rooms come with oxygen supply and heated floors, so no worries about altitude sickness or getting cold – it was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was made even better by the presence of a gentle and adorable dog, which was incredibly heartwarming. The owner was super welcoming and thoughtful, providing excellent and detailed service. Our couple's trip experience totally exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, perfect for two families to relax and have fun, with our adorable dogs joining in the joyful atmosphere. I really enjoyed coming here with a group; the special activities were great too.

This smart homestay is incredibly convenient with its full smart home system. Voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning really adds a futuristic touch. All the appliances are brand-name, hot water and internet speed are stable, and the bathroom even has a smart toilet – all these little details really enhance the experience. The hygiene is impeccable, and the soft furnishings are simple yet luxurious. The host communicates well, and check-in is a simple self-service process, offering great privacy. It's definitely the top choice for young travelers.

Pet-friendly B&B It's rare to find a place that allows pets, and the host even thoughtfully prepared pet bowls and puppy pads, which saved us a lot of hassle. The yard is spacious, so our dog could run around freely. The room was clean with no strange smells, and the soundproofing was excellent. The surroundings were quiet, making it a perfect choice for traveling with your furry friends. It was a truly heartwarming experience.

Choosing this guesthouse was the best decision of our trip! As soon as we stepped in, we were charmed by the cozy decor. The entire place was spotless, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the bedding was soft with a faint, pleasant scent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The host was incredibly thoughtful, sending directions in advance and recommending local eateries frequented by residents. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The location is convenient, with plenty of food and drink options nearby, yet it's quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The room was great, and the front desk service was excellent. They were quick to bring things to the room with just one phone call, and any issues were resolved immediately without any excuses or delays. If you have any questions, you can ask the butlers – both of them were incredibly friendly.

Nice location, the room is very clean, with nice and beautiful design. Many thanks to the very generous hotel staff for the free upgrade too! Only one small improvement would be the washing machine, as it has only 1 working washer with dryer…

The rooms are clean and tidy with cozy furnishings. The guesthouse consists entirely of small, private villas, each with a little yard, which is very pleasant. Underfloor heating and dispersed oxygen supply are fully equipped, and the owner is also incredibly warm and attentive! Plus, it's very close to the ancient city center, and you can easily hail a taxi right outside!
