客棧不大，但很舒適，床上還有電熱毯，老闆也很熱情。離世界上最大的轉經筒很近，步行10分鐘就可以到。自駕停車方便。

第一次到香格里拉，覺得一切都很新鮮～有一丟丟的高反，所以剛到客棧的時候有點兒蔫…但是看見老闆養的小金毛在花園裡搖着尾巴歡迎我的時候，立馬就開心啦！客房方方正正的很大很舒適，裝修和配飾都很用心～重點是床品布草很舒服，在這高原小城裡有個舒適的睡眠超級重要！每張床都有電熱毯，初秋時節足夠用了…老闆一家人都很熱情，每天出去玩回來和他們聊聊天，擼擼狗，住在這裏真心有家的感覺～對了，自駕停車很方便，客棧門口有自己的停車點。

客棧硬件設施好，有暖氣，加濕器，製氧機，不怕高原反應，出去玩了一天回到房間有按摩器。環境優雅，老闆熱情好客，喝茶聊天暢所欲言，跟其他小夥伴一起做遊。有獨立的停車場，非常方便。

Service was great. Room was spacious and well designed. Loved the humidifier and the bathtub. Perfect after two days in Tiger Leaping Gorge. Close to all bars and restaurants. Easy to get around and navigate. Gave us free umbrellas to use as well. Warm floor heating and great hot water.

Small, well-run inn/hotel. Rooms are very clean, good showers and hot water. Excellent floor heating and electric blanket. Some rooms have skylights, some with bathtub. Small seating area on roof. Simple breakfast. Hotel offers free pick up and drop off to airport or bus station. On edge of old Town near East gate, accessible - taxis can drop you at the door. Lots of small restaurants, hotels and stores nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location, recommended.

Owner and brother has service mind, although they could not speak English but it is not problem because they are willing to service. We can use Application for translate. Room is big and clean, all amentities in the hotel are available. Location is near the Guishan temple and Dukezong ancient city and restaurant. Brother has support us for called Taxi to Songzalin Monastery and owner have free drop off at the High speed rail station.
They are good service and impressive and smiling staff and cute dog. I have glad to chosen this hotel, and if I have chance to come back at Shangri-la, I will select here again.

The hotel is well located, with few minutes we can reach the very centre of the old town. The room is spacious and has a floor heating which makes the room warm and cozy, the humidifier provided is useful as at night the air in the room tends to be quite dry. The owner is very nice, picked up us when we arrived at the east gate station. When we left, we asked for a drop off to the main bus station, he was away for picking up other guests, but he reimbursed our taxi fare. Although It is a smaller fee, it shows that they do care about the guest. Appreciate it!

The location is very good, inside the ancient old town and within 15 minutes from the station. The rooms are excellent with working amenities (especially heater, hot shower). When we arrived, we just knew that the owner can pick us up from the train station. So he told us he will send us to the station when we check out. The pick up and drop off is free. The owner is very kind. He allowed us to check in early. As we were looking for coffee upon arrival, the owner offered to send us for free to his other hotel where he served us good coffee and an amazing lunch! That area is also near Napahai lake so we took the chance to explore that area after eating. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos because we were so busy and tired.
