The owner and the front desk staff (especially the ladies) were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. They even offered pick-up and drop-off services for the station. When I checked out, they gave me a lovely souvenir. Plus, there's a spacious and very comfortable courtyard on the first floor! Highly recommend!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and bright, and even included an oxygen machine for guests who needed it. Furthermore, the hotel arranged a complimentary Didi Chuxing shuttle service between the hotel and the train station. All of these services were completely free. Several attractions are also within walking distance of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Water seeped out of the shower area onto the floor outside. Thankfully, they provided more floor mats when we asked. A window was left open (behind the curtains) without our knowledge... resulting in cold nights for us. We thought that the heater wasn't working well.

We booked this room for our brother and his wife. While we stayed in the family room. Unluckily, my brother did not took any photos of the room. But it looks exactly like it is in the picture. Everything was smooth and we had an enjoyable stay here. One of the reason is because we are muslim, and there is a muslim restaurant nearby. Within walking distance. So it was really convenient. At the same time, it is also within walking distance to Dukezong Ancient Town. So we did took the opportunity to go to the ancient town at night and was not worried about getting back to the hotel late. The check in was smooth and the owner could speak English. Therefore, the communication was smooth. We recommended the hotel to some of our muslim friends as it is very convenient for them to find muslim food nearby.

What really stood out, though, was the host's genuine kindness and willingness to help. Whether it was offering local recommendations or providing extra towels, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made this experience special, and I felt like I was treated more like a guest in their home than just another traveler. Overall, this guesthouse exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and thoughtful place to stay, this is definitely the spot!

Located just outside the old town. Very convenient with eateries nearby. Hotel is new and room is big. Staff were helpful and informative. 20mins from train station.

Quiet, but cleanliness is not great, except for toilet being kept clean, bedside and TV top are with dust.

The room was warm and elegant, with a simple yet tasteful decor and good natural light. Overall, it was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and giving me a strong sense of belonging. The common areas shared the same impression, with soft lighting, making them comfortable and pleasant for resting, waiting, or even just doing some light work. I look forward to coming back again.

I was amazed by the room's size as soon as I entered; it was a full 45 square meters, no exaggeration. It was simple yet spacious, and had everything I needed. The owner was very welcoming and gave me a lot of helpful tips. The bedding was nice and I slept very comfortably. The hot water was excellent, which was perfect for a hike back from Yubeng. It was also convenient for strolling around Moonlight Square in the evening. I would recommend it to my friends.
