I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in December 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xianggelila."

We booked this room for our brother and his wife. While we stayed in the family room. Unluckily, my brother did not took any photos of the room. But it looks exactly like it is in the picture. Everything was smooth and we had an enjoyable stay here. One of the reason is because we are muslim, and there is a muslim restaurant nearby. Within walking distance. So it was really convenient. At the same time, it is also within walking distance to Dukezong Ancient Town. So we did took the opportunity to go to the ancient town at night and was not worried about getting back to the hotel late. The check in was smooth and the owner could speak English. Therefore, the communication was smooth. We recommended the hotel to some of our muslim friends as it is very convenient for them to find muslim food nearby.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this guesthouse! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Every item was thoughtfully selected to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The linens were fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was calm and inviting. It was clear that the host takes great pride in providing a high standard of service. What really stood out, though, was the host's genuine kindness and willingness to help. Whether it was offering local recommendations or providing extra towels, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made this experience special, and I felt like I was treated more like a guest in their home than just another traveler. Overall, this guesthouse exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and thoughtful place to stay, this is definitely the spot!

Located just outside the old town. Very convenient with eateries nearby. Hotel is new and room is big. Staff were helpful and informative. 20mins from train station.

The photos of the room and hotel are not from anywhere, they are clean and tidy. The taste of the owner can be reflected in every detail. The location of the hotel is easy to find. If you don't understand, you can contact the owner. The owner is very kind and answers questions in detail. I also received a gift when I checked out. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Dukezong Ancient Town. It is a 12-minute drive from Songzanlin Temple and a 10-minute drive from Shangri-La High-speed Railway. Bus No. 3 station is also about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Recommended to stay.

The hotel owner is very nice, the service is very thoughtful, the room is very large and comfortable, but some facilities may be a little old, but it is understandable. The hotel layout is also very good and it is very close to the ancient city.

The room is big, the environment is great, the boss is very nice. This hotel is the best I've stayed in during my trip to Yunnan.
