Ulasan Sengjinida Deshe (Shangri-La Napahai Shop)

While advertised as Air-conditioned. The rooms in the premise had no airconditon. Was advised by the staff to open the windows to allow cool air in. That left a bad taste in my mouth however it was tolerable. The next morning housekeeping claimed to have cleaned the room, I’ve come to find out that the floors were not swept or cleaned, dead insects filled the balcony. My towels that was left on the floor soaking dirty water were merely folded up and placed back. No new toiletries or new towels was given. While I understand this is the peak of travel in Shangri-La, certain standards have to be kept. The experience in this home-stay has demolished my trust in the Chinese homestay industry, I will be more vary in the future.

This guesthouse is absolutely wonderful. Napa Lake is a particularly pleasant and slow-paced place. Every day at this guesthouse, you can breathe fresh air and leisurely lie on the balcony sofa enjoying the scenery. The guesthouse environment is excellent, featuring a tea room, great amenities, and high cleanliness. However, it's worth noting that there might be insects since it's close to nature. The housekeepers are very warm and friendly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this stay.

This hotel is quite fantastic view. far from old town around 10-15 mins Staff or host is very very helpful and kindly take care our group really nice. Bed and Shower room is clean. They have Oxygen Concentrator that made my friend get better from high attitude sickness. I actually recommend this superb hotel who plan visit and need relax good atmosphere at Shangri-la.

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. There was a problem with the hot water on our last day which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for a nice hot shower/bath. Other than that, we would definitely recommended this hotel for your stay in Shangrila.

We originally booked for only one day, but it was so comfortable that my wife and daughter didn't want to stay in Dukezong Ancient Town. We ended up staying for three nights. The breakfast was also delicious and healthy. The luckiest thing was that we saw a super beautiful double rainbow from the balcony of the B&B on the last day.

The environment is very comfortable and cozy, the dinner is exquisite, and I had a meal at noon, which was a real home-cooked meal!

Stayed for two nights and felt good. The surrounding environment is very good. It is just that eating is not very convenient and you have to go into the city.

I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Senjinida Deshe B&B. This time, after a ten-day trip to northwestern Yunnan, this stay left the deepest impression and was the most satisfying. The B&B is perfectly situated, with a straight road connecting directly to Napa Lake and the city. The layout and facilities, as well as the picturesque scenery outside—the distant mountains, the vast grasslands, and the cattle and horses grazing leisurely—are the very image of my Shangri-La. The room was spacious, and the two lounge chairs on the balcony made sitting down a breeze. The tea room, library, and restaurant within the B&B are spacious and welcoming, with large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor views. The most surprising thing is that the B&B even has an elevator. The housekeeper, a handsome and talkative ******* man, along with the front desk staff and the restaurant hostess, were all attentive and professional, responsive to every request and offering a warm welcome. They even offered to help with our luggage upon check-in and check-out, and even offered us a few bottles of mineral water for the journey upon check-out, a heartwarming experience. We stayed for two consecutive days this time, and when we left, our family of three was so reluctant to leave that we felt we hadn't had enough. The B&Bs and hotels we stayed in the following days felt uninteresting. This B&B has become the benchmark for our ideal B&B. Hopefully, nothing will change. We will definitely return to Shangri-La and to Senjinida Deshe B&B to experience the beauty of the world and time again!

It's so comfortable. The view from the room is great. It's very close to Napahai and there's parking. I highly recommend it and I'd like to stay at this hotel again next time.

Because I was afraid of the cold at night, I turned on the floor heating. There was also breakfast in the morning. The service was really good. Next time I come, I will choose their place again. Nice

Staying at this hotel is a true visual and emotional experience! Opening the curtains in the morning, the endless grassland scenery greets you, as if you're stepping into an oil painting. Every snap is a masterpiece. You could easily stay all day, and there's afternoon tea. The staff brought me coffee and fruit as soon as we checked in! The next day, they even upgraded our room for free. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! The service is incredibly thoughtful. From the moment you check in, the staff are welcoming and helpful. They also offer pick-up and drop-off service. They even ask about your breakfast time the next day. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! It's exquisite, and enjoying the grassland while you eat is so relaxing and filling. If you're looking for a peaceful, serene grassland getaway, this is the place to go. It's truly relaxing. Just look up and you can see the cattle and horses 🐮🐴 🐴

Environment: Staying here is a great holiday experience. The room can face the grassland directly and you can see the snow-capped mountains. It's super beautiful. The boss also built a beautiful sun room, where you can take beautiful photos! Hygiene: It is clean and tidy without any odor. There are very comfortable aromatherapy drops everywhere, which is very good. And the room is diffuse oxygen supply, which is very good Service: I really like the service of the little brother! If I hadn't gone to Meili Snow Mountain the next day, I would really like to stay for a few more days. I feel that all the services I want can be done. We drove by ourselves and were afraid that it would be dark when we entered the grassland at night. The little brother said that he could help us drive out to pick us up. We all had a little altitude sickness when we went to bed at night. The little brother also gave us two more oxygen cylinders. It was much better to sleep with the window open in the second half of the night. Thank you so much! It's heartwarming to have such enthusiastic service during the journey! Strongly recommended!

It's a super beautiful place. It snowed today. You can see the snow-capped mountains and snow scenery when you open the window. I highly recommend and am satisfied (the innkeeper is also very handsome!) I will come again!
