Nice hotel, room on the small size but i paid for the balcony so that was nice. Fantastic view. 1 Restaurant food were good. Wasnt enough cart so i walked few times back to the room but this minor.

Amazing view of the lakeside. Breakfast selection was great too. Staff was very kind and welcoming to us. Overall, great quality and service. I would stay here again if I ever come back!

Everything was great. Only downside was the aircon wasn’t very cold, room could be warm at times. Service was great too, the buggy service was very much needed.

We booked a suite and had a pleasant and quiet stay. The suite was equipped with an air purifier, a humidifier and even a built-in oxygen regulator. It also includes a buggy service to take you around. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of vegetables, baked goods and local specialties. The hotel is on an exclusive compound which is quite an uphill walk, but you can take a car if needed. The ancient town is a mere 10 minute walk away and we even discovered an artisan baker down the hill. You are also given a free photoshoot with traditional clothing which my wife gladly joined. After checkout, Emma and Cindy were so kind to reach out to us informing about forgotten trousers and even offered to send them to our next hotel. Overall I’m very happy with the hotel’s service.

The view of the Guishan Park (as well as the ancient city) in the day and at dusk was stupendous, both from my room and at the restaurant. Just sitting at the balcony or on my bed to look at the changing hues bring joy and relief from the daily busyness. 😍 The hotel provides buggy ride and porter service so that is a relief to guest who worry about carrying their own luggages up 2 floors. There was ample water provided in the room, and the amenities were lacking nothing. The aesthetics exude elements of Zang culture, infused in modern comforts. Service standards at different departments are high as expected of Hotel Indigo. The staff are observant and prompt to respond professionally.

Our first time in Shangri-La was made even more special by choosing this hotel. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We checked into a room with a beautiful panoramic view overlooking Guishan Park, which was truly a highlight. The location is also very convenient just a short distance from the ancient town, making it perfect if you have limited time to explore. One unique touch we loved was the Tibetan-style costume photography shop inside the hotel, where you can capture the essence of ******* culture and create even more meaningful memories from your trip.

Top notch base to explore dukezong! Oxygen room is much needed to acclimatise the high altitude. It’s worthwhile to pay the premium for a great shangrila experience

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and truly a memorable experience. From the cleanliness and facilities to the staff, everything was absolutely superb. What a wonderful place in the magical land of Shambhala. The atmosphere is truly mesmerizing and made this stay unforgettable.
