Pros:
Location is perfect as it’s 5 minutes drive to the entrance of Songzanlin scenic area. They also have underground parking, which was convenient.
The hotel service was good as they suggested places to visit and gave directions.
Cons:
Room was clean but toilet paper was not installed properly in the toilet.
No bathroom sleepers were found in the room and water pressure was really bad which made showering hard.

酒店環境很好，離市區大約五公裏左右，離松贊林寺2公裏多，停車很方便，房間很不錯，設施齊全，衛生整潔，衛生間有浴缸和獨立淋浴，乾濕分離的。就是被子很厚，熱到睡不着覺，因為沒有配毯子所以衹能將就着蓋了，是凌晨睡下去才發現被子厚所以也沒有再問前台能不能換被子，算是美中不足吧。早餐品種也很多，味道不錯，服務員的態度都很好，總體是非常滿意！

Very nice place, the room is big, The bed very comfortable and the shower works perfectly. The bathroom was clean but some hair on the floor, but overall okay. The location was great, no noisy at all and a lot of restaurants nearby. We had a late checkout and they stored our luggage while we were waiting for our flight at night. Shangri-la was amazing! Thank you

The room filled with thoughtfulness such as oxygen maker machine, humidifier make this stay bearable in such a cold weather. The oxygen machine helped me recovered from AMS is short period of time.
The lady owner is such a nice lady. She even made me a nice and warm dinner seeing me traveling alone.
Thanks for everything in shangrila and I am so grateful to choose this hotel. I highly recommended Shangjing Shengtu if you wanna visit Shangrila.

Decent room but needed a good clean. Lots of hair that never belonged to us, and no maid service between sleeps. Location was decent (although a little difficult to find at first). Staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

WWannebei來雲南從大理到香格里拉，這是我住的最舒心最暖心的一家酒店。接站是臨了才打電話和店家説的，可是一點沒有讓我們等待，出香格里拉站開始就很順利且愉快。我和朋友兩人行李比較多很重，全程都是有工作人員幫忙搬運的。到店裡工作人員也馬上給我們倒了茶很暖心…因為酒店房間並不多，所以去的時候還有住客沒有退房也馬上問我們能不能換雙床安排入住了，酒店沒有電梯所以行李也是工作人員幫忙提上去了真的辛苦。環境很好很舒適且乾淨，地暖效果很好房間內也有加濕器。早餐廳的阿姨也十分熱情，早餐也很乾凈。這次來香格里拉雖然短短兩日，但是遇到的人都很温暖！下次有機會相信還會選擇這家店！真的很推薦！

Apa yang paling saya suka ialah pendiangan hotel, thangkas ***a Tibet, fotografi, dan banyak buku di rak buku yang juga sangat menarik. Setiap butiran menyampaikan rasa artistik unik pemilik hotel! Bilik ini mempunyai pemanasan lantai dan sangat selesa, dan peralatan tempat tidur juga berkualiti tinggi! Saya menghantar makanan ringan, buah-buahan, pencuci mulut selamat malam, dan wain serta minuman di dalam peti sejuk! Perkara yang paling tidak dapat dilupakan ialah perkhidmatan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel Dari masa membuat tempahan hingga waktu berlepas, saya rasa tidak bersalah dan semangat rakan senegara Tibet. Sarapan di hotel ini lebih unik, dengan tiga pilihan: Makanan Cina, Barat dan Tibet Kepelbagaian yang kaya dan rasanya adalah pengalaman penginapan yang sangat tidak dapat dilupakan.

The room I was staying in was nice and cozy. In the day time I could soak in sunlight while looking out on the mountains, at night time I got warm from the AC and warm blankets. In the common room they also have a traditional fire oven where you can sit at get warm while trying some of their local foods and chit chat.
Just staying in this nice environment made the trip so amazing. I hope I can come back soon again.

BBrownI have stayed in many hotels in Shangrila old town over the past 12 years so have a little experience. Location: Close to the top dancing square but at the top of a very steep hill. It had rained so the stone street was VERY slippery. It is close to impossible to walk up the hill with suitcase. There is a 1/2 meter wide ***** of carpet that was laid down on the right side of the road going up the hill. It gave great traction, but unfortunately some non-thinking person had parked their electric cart directly on top of the carpet so you could not navigate it. I arrived at 6 PM and that electric cart was still sitting on the carpet in the same place the next morning at 9 AM. Trying to walk around the electric cart , but I did slip and fell to the ground. I would not come back to this hotel again, if there was any potential for any rain. The picture is of the morning after the rain had dried. When I booked my room, they did tell me that there was only one room remaining and it was for four people. I was solo but I booked it anyway. Unfortunately, I did not understand that there are four beds that are actually side-by-side touching each other. They are very very thin pads laid on top of a wooden platform. No way to get into or out of any bed without crawling back to the foot of the bed and going over the edge that way. It was the hardest sleeping service I have ever been on and got very little sleep. If I had my sleeping bag and camping mattress, I would’ve just slept on the floor. Won’t be back here again. The service people at the hotel were very nice. Offered to carry my bag up to my room on the third floor and the woman who provided the breakfast in the morning was very pleasant. Have no complain about the service just the beds in the access to the hotel. If it’s raining, make it a no go for me

AAlgirdasVery amazing and authentic Tibetan guesthouse to stay both if you want to hike around or just to rest and relax with a perfect view of the mountains and the river. The host family was very friendly and welcoming, always making delicious food and helping with anything we needed, we felt like home and spent really nice time together. That's why instead of 3 nights we extended our stay to 6 nights :)
On our last night hostess prepared a BBQ for us where all the vegetables and meat were fresh from their garden in the mountains.
A few more useful notes:
This guest house is pet-friendly.
The room on the corner has the best 180 view and balcony.
The hostess speaks English.
For hiking, there is a beautiful low trail path leading to the middle gorge starting just 5 minutes down from the hotel.
Really recommend it and will definitely come back next time.

TTony NKGIni adalah rumah penginapan kecil yang hebat betul-betul di bandar purba itu. Bilik itu cukup besar dan mempunyai pancuran mandian yang bagus. Katilnya empuk. Kami boleh berjalan di mana-mana di bandar lama. Pihak hotel juga mengatur kereta kami untuk membawa kami ke Tiger Leaping Gorge dan terus ke Lijiang. Mereka mendapat sarapan yang dibuat mengikut pesanan secara percuma. Kami akan tinggal di sini lagi.
