房間很乾凈，老闆態度很好，下次來還會住這裏

櫃枱職員找不到我的訂單 ，花了大約10分钟才安排到房間給我,雖然是這樣,前台職員很有禮貌及很盡力幫忙,非常感謝！上到房間有3位職員正在繁忙地舖第3張床（梳化床），我告知他們我們只有2人，不需要第3張床，但可以不須要還原原本的梳化。我們放下行李就離開房間，不想阻擾他們在我房內工作。晚飯回房, 發現房門依然大開， 但並沒有人在房裡， 雖然我知道酒店很安全，但門大開，並没有人在裡面，始終有点兒不好。房間裝修算不錯，眼見到的地方算清潔（床下底有很多塵）, 洗手間內的厕紙並不是新一卷，因只剩下一少半（不夠半卷）。電視不能接收电視台節目，只能收看收費節目或指定免費節目，前台安排维修人員（沒帶口罩）處理，他按了幾按电視搖控，叫我們看直播台吧（直播帶貨那一種），然後他開口咳了兩聲說自己感冒，急腳地走了！电視問題沒有解決，還在我房間散播病菌 ,實在不能容忍！我立刻不管室外零下十幾廿度，打開窗（幸運窗能打開）,希望多新鮮空氣入房，。然後打电话去前台要求換房， 但沒有空房，叫她找人消毒房間，她说沒有，還問我怎樣消毒！我無辦法之下，找trip.com處理, trip.com客服非常高效率,立即跟洒店聯絡, 安排了一个非常有禮貌及帶口罩的職員帶酒精到我房噴, 還送了一对公仔做小禮物!酒店最重要衛生安全,提供一个舒適安全環境給住客, 並不是散播病菌的地方。洗澡間熱水只能洗澡25分钟，（事實上大約15分鐘水已經很涼）,再次加熱要45分鐘，非常不方便！只怪我們沒有洗澡前留意檣上指示。早餐尚算多選擇而且美味！但衛生方面有代改進， 食物抬下的碟竟然有條毛，非常嘔心！其中一位餐廳人員竟然面向一盘抄飯咳。酒店非常近滑雪場，非常好！酒店中餐廳食物美味，分量大， 价錢非常合理！

🏨 我們選擇入住的是暖炕房，非常大而寬敞，大約有三到四米長。這讓我們感到非常舒適。酒店的老闆娘和老闆非常熱情好客，給了我們很好的服務體驗。他們還提供了在酒店預訂雪票的服務，價格稍微比雪場便宜一些。而且酒店的雪票包括了頭盔和雪服，非常方便。我們還可以直接在酒店預訂來迴雪場和火車站的車輛，儘管來回火車站需要付費50塊錢，但來迴雪場是免費的。酒店離雪場的距離也不遠，開車大約衹需要5分鐘。 🏨 關於設施方面，房間的衞生情況還可以，但衞生間比較陰暗，而且相對狹小，乾濕區域沒有很好地分離開。洗漱用具的質量較為簡陋。 🍽️ 酒店的餐飲服務方面，每天早餐都可以在酒店餐廳免費享用，不過品種相對較少，衹有鹹菜、粥、饅頭和雞蛋。午餐和晚餐需要自己點菜，菜品的味道還可以，但價格比較貴。不過我們能夠理解，老闆娘也向我們解釋了情況。由於亞布力地理位置較為偏遠，將食材送過來的成本比在哈爾濱要高一些。 總的來説，我們對這家酒店的設施、衞生環境和服務都有一些評價。暖炕房的寬敞舒適讓我們感到滿意，老闆娘和老闆的熱情好客給了我們良好的印象。酒店提供的雪票預訂服務和方便的來迴雪場交通也給我們帶來了便利。然而，衞生間的陰暗和乾濕區域的不分離，以及簡陋的洗漱用具讓我們感到一些不便。早餐品種較少，而午餐和晚餐的菜品味道還可以，但價格較貴。我們理解亞布力地處偏遠，物資成本較高的情況。綜合考慮，我們對這家酒店的住宿體驗總體上是滿意的。

Boss attends to wechat messages pretty promptly and does his best to tend to your needs. I'm honestly thankful for the rapid replies, especially when it was -20 and I wasn't sure how to get to the inn. He helped to arrange a car to pick me up from yabuli west station. Room was clean and the experience of sleeping on the kang bed was an interesting one. Might want to note that it's pretty hard. 😊 There was the unfortunate experience of missing my train because the ride the boss arranged for failed to turn up in time. Perhaps a miscommunication there. Lovely chinese breakfast every morning and friendly folks at the restaurant. Boss doesn't appear to have an email address here so I rang him up (international call) to ask about transportation. Should be able to add him on wechat subsequently. 😊

Concerning the hotel itself, it is good and correct. it is a classic hotel as we can find everywhere But the real positive point of this hotel is the staff. I rarely write very good reviews but just for the help I received during my stay, the hotel deserves 5 stars. The owner helped me rent the ski equipment and answered all my questions. She also made the transportation between the hotel and the ski resort at the time I wanted. Really top! And foreigners are accepted I will come back for sure

樸實、幹練，很有喜感的小夫妻開的店，有住宿、有歺飲。小夫妻從早上起來就像蜜蜂樣忙個不停，接旅客、送旅客、安排滑雪……住宿收拾的乾淨、整齊，很温馨！歺食是東北口味，在東北算不錯的了，關鍵是實惠、份量足。女兒很可愛，很粘人，像個小尾巴樣，爸爸去哪，她去哪。有點小遺憾，雪場地有的地方結了冰，沒有達到此行的目的，正好為下次再去找到了理由。祝好！

My wife and I went to Yabuli for the first time and happened to find this very cute place to stay. Both of us don't speak Chinese but the host lady was such a pleasure, she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We communicated via WeChat translation. She collected us from the train station and took us into town to help me buy and electronic cigarette as my wife's had stopped working. She then back tracked and took us to our apartment, where we checked in. Total trip was about 40 mins for 60RMB, not bad at all. Our room was very quaint, and clean. It was on on the ground floor and had a communal entrance for other guests, but the room itself had its own card accessed key, own toilet and shower. There was also an additional area up a staircase in the room which had an additional bed on the floor. The room had it's own TV which was a good of good quality and complementary WiFi and 2 bottles of water and a kettle. The room itself was warm and toasty with underfloor heating, and you couldn't feel the - 20 degrees outside which was a real concern of mine before travelling All in all, we were very happy for the quality of the room we received and couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality After check-in, the host drove my wife and I 500 metres up the road to show us where we could go for lunch. The lunch was simple dumplings and noodle soup, but very tasty. The following morning we had the free breakfast which is a couple of houses away from where we stayed. It consisted of local dough bread with chinese vegetables and some rice soup. It wasn't my cup of tea but it was satisfying. Our host had arranged to take my wife and I into the city to get our covid tests done for our departure next day. We shared a car with another couple back into the city and had it done and this was so helpful as we needed it to reenter Harbin. The ride to the test centre was 30RMB and really with the money. The cobid test was After our test, we were taken skiing by our host at the ski resort. We stayed there for 3 hours before being collected and taken back to our room. This again was managed all by our host who help us hire the skiing equipment too. That evening my wife and I order delivery to our property where our host help is ensure we had the right address as it was all in Chinese. At the same time, our host ensured they received our covid test results The following morning we checked out, we received our covid tests results from our hosts and again were transported back to the train station by them Overall,it was a short but really wonderful stay, our hosts provided a clean, charming and lovely place to stay but thier service was extraordinary, they couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant and as easy as possible, I would recommend

Our hotel experience was truly enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, impeccable service, and cleanliness. A special mention goes to the ladies at the reception who went above and beyond, assisting with our activity bookings and arranging a complimentary drop-off at Yabuli station. The hotel's superb food further enhanced the overall satisfaction of our stay. The hotel restaurant staff deserves a commendation too – they are exceptionally nice and friendly, ensuring they genuinely enhance our overall stay with their warm and welcoming service.

Beautiful homestay! Hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was simple and comforting. The rooms seems newly renovated with really clean and well facilities. Highly recommended! However do note that there is no lift and can he quite a hassle with heavy baggages

All staff are very friendly and helpful. They also helped us with renting all ski equipments for enjoyable ski experience. Thanks for everything.
