All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Particularly the gentlemen at the front counter is very professional and polite.
I stayed in this hotel for nine days,(12/01/24 to 21/01/24) room is made every day., my room is at 6th floor pretty quiet and clean, breakfast is good, very pleasant stay. Definitely Will stay at this hotel again

上一次來汕頭住的是萬豪酒店，沒有特別感覺。這次來汕頭住的是城際酒店，感覺好驚喜，很少評價的我都忍不住來寫個好評。照理説城際不算豪華酒店，但是酒店很多細節都給我留下很深的印象，比如，房間裏竟然有空氣凈化器，1樓大堂有好幾款香氛卡片展示，我選了一款潮汕蜜茶，帶回房間放在空氣凈化器的出風口結果滿屋都是我喜歡的茶香，太喜悦了。好喜歡房間內的茶具，很有設計感，很高級，配的茶也不錯。喜歡工作椅的坐感，不塌也不硬。床品和浴袍很舒服很乾凈。酒店用品的大抽屜，所有的東西包括電吹風整整齊齊的在裏面，拉開的感覺太舒服了。洗手枱下面有很大的枱麪可以放置各種物品，用過的毛巾或者臟衣服，想隨手扔的時候，它接住了……都是細節呀，細節控懂的都懂。我住的豪華海景房，房間寬敞，區域劃分，傢俱擺放，插頭設定，用起來都很舒服。還有的亮點就是餐廳，包間和餐具都很有檔次，出品也不錯，蟹非常新鮮，炒粿條好香啊！早餐很豐富，但吃了好幾天，最喜歡的竟然是白粥和看起來炒了很久的蔬菜，粥非常油潤絲滑，蔬菜很香甜，服務員説是南山飲食，不管怎樣，吃了腸胃舒服極了。酒店不大，但每個角度看過去都很有美感，以後來汕頭就住這個酒店了！

這裡是一個精裝房小區的房間，正常購房入住率也不很高，周圍除了海沒有別的任何東西可以玩。去汕頭市中心（比如石炮台公園）不堵車需要50分鐘左右。不是自駕不要住這裏，進出都很不方便。補充日常用品也不方便，樓下超市連鮮奶也買不到。最後一天碰上陰雨，下水道反味道很難聞。特別提一下，小卧室的床單不知道是什麼窸窸窣窣的碎渣，撣了半天才可以躺上去。

來汕頭過年，拖老帶小選了十三幺三房兩衞
✓房間寬敞 6人住合適 兩個衞生間也方便
✓每天會來送房草補劑
✓潮汕景點都挺無聊的 倒是麻將kill了不少time 全家很enjoy
×黃金海岸其實挺郊區來回市區特別是看完煙火晚會回家都是半夜 都是以小時來計 時間上交通挺浪費時間
×夏天比較適合定這邊就在海邊 冬天不能下水反而風大冷的很 晚上海浪聲非常明顯 睡不好的要謹慎
×基本沒有打掃需要微信溝通特意叫送東西和打掃才會來，整個房間傢俱什麼基本出租屋水平，被子床褥特別單薄，住的三晚我們都和衣而睡開着空調才勉強不冷，導致我媽第三天直接感冒發燒，還好我帶了葯，怕冷的別選
總體而言就是夏天更合適選擇
tips那邊更靠近汕頭南站，我們從香港高鐵過來選了汕頭站反而開了很久

花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！
My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

YYipLocation is near everywhere yet not near everywhere. It's in the middle of everywhere and is considered excellent location if you have access to DIDI transport. As a foreigner, such location would be a huge challenge if only relying on roadside hailing of taxi. The hotel main entrance is in the middle of both ”dropoff” points so either side, still have to walk a little. Not a big issue, unless it's summer which is exactly the season of this trip. even a 1min walk in 35degree is uncomfortable.
Housekeeping is done daily, place is kept very clean, service is amazing, upon check-in, add the front office guy on your wechat and if you need anything or any information, it's just a text away. They don't provide proper towels tho, instead they give 4 one time use towel
Room itself is very nice and interesting, it's a loft unit with high ceiling (I think it should be 6m height), so it's divided with a loft to form 2 ”rooms”. Decor nicely done with curtains for privacy for both rooms. Ample lighting, washing machines inside the unit itself, but dryer is only available at the office which means you have to lug your newly washed clothes down the elevator, hop on the opposite low rise lift and head over to the office to access the dryer
Would I stay here again? I'll explore other hotels that is within walking distance to good food, but cleanliness is still my top priority and this hotel ticked that box

MMohamad AnasThe hotel is very hygienic and modern. The room is large, clean and was cleaned daily and equipped with toothbrushes, razor blades and room shoes. Next to the hotel there is a large supermarket and a little further there is a small mall with shops, also this is close to many toy markets of Shantou chenghai district.
The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and there is a laundry room that guests can use. All in all a very pleasant stay.

RRosianaThe hotel location is convenient for food, shopping and moving around. Plenty of parking spaces right in front of the entrance. It's also convenient for taxi to pick up and bus stop also 100m away.
The front desk receptionist are all very well train, I specially like the service of 丹丹&小蔡 who check us in, they were very patient to their guests, always displaying a smiling face, and also have us very good advise on where to go around town, excellent attitude for service industry. Shantou is good for us food and we decided to extend another night stay at the property, there 小张&小林 the other 2 receptionists who are very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy to pick up this hotel:)
By the way, the air conditioning in the room is powerful, perfect for this extremely hot weather. The housekeeping ladies were very efficient too. Thumbs up!

Zhongshan Park south gate is about 100 m away. Washing machine and drier are free for hotel guests.We were allowed to check in early and room upgraded.Overall we were very happy with our stay.
