非常差的體驗，衛生環境好差地板明顯沒清潔好污糟，有床蝨整晚睡不到，馬桶有滲水情況好輕微氣味，浴室沒有地氈毛巾吸水沖涼後地板上會濕濕，凌晨聽到房間洗手間好像有人用廁所、開水聲音好恐怖，不知是隔音問題或是什麼原因，所以漏夜取消第二晚住宿改訂另一家。

地理位置相當好，對面是麥當勞，好像是什麼網紅打卡點，從早到晚都有人拍照📷
就在小公園外圈，走到中心沒幾步路很近，附近很多美食店咖啡店，適合逛吃逛吃。
老闆還送了一杯咖啡，樓下是咖啡店，樓上是民宿，開門都是用密碼。
房間很大，寫了可以住4人，舒服的椅子建議再放一把，雖然有吧枱凳但是坐着累。
衞生還需要提升一下（衞生間有頭髮，淋浴間玻璃不乾淨）
浴巾毛巾都是一次性的，浴巾尺寸有點小。
還有硬件保養的不是很好（枱燈都歪了，不亮，衹是裝飾，水龍頭都鬆了晃動）看簡介應該也算是新開的民宿。
總體來説還算OK。

圖片1-3是一樓下樓梯到樓下，雖説房間跟商家的圖片一致，地理位置也極好，一開始店員也有幫忙搬行李，房間也夠大，但是一進門有黴味，第一感覺就不太好。隨後再仔細看到房間每個角落，每個地方都出現了不同程度的漏水水跡，而且比較嚴重，地上也有腳印，反正就是給人一種不乾淨的感覺。廁所洗完澡打開門水就會漏出來。床鋪正對廁所，廁所還是玻璃門，帶着小孩入住，都不敢讓小孩隨便玩，怕有黴菌，總之一言難盡。據瞭解老闆經營幾家民宿，看出來裝修風格不錯，但是沒有認真經營，一年多房間就成這樣。來潮汕三天，這家價格最高，房間環境卻是最差的，避雷。

房間是位爸爸訂的，這個價位在小公園附近，真的很不錯，一樓是咖啡館，民宿在三樓，老闆很熱心幫忙把行李扛到房間門口，房間很寬敞，在小陽台就可以欣賞風景，樓下就是麥當勞打卡地，很不錯的，因為是爸爸住沒得拍房間美照。

每個房間都很有特色，帶了娃住了兩晚。打掃的阿姨很親切，前台小哥很周到也熱情，服務到位。下來就是網紅街區，很多年輕人打卡拍照📷。地理位置打車出入都很方便，推薦..

首先地理位置非常好、在小公園的街道。街道很美且民宿感覺也非常好、拍照非常出片。是獨棟的、應該是老闆個人的房子。一樓是咖啡廳、樓上是民宿。民宿很乾凈舒適、帶陽台的。老闆人也很奈斯~ 是下次來玩也會選擇的住宿~

位置繁華，離小公園走路幾分鐘，周邊是汕頭旅遊最核心的位置，小吃購物都非常方便。房間很大，陽台正對着網紅麥當勞，樓下拍照的美女很多，但也因此白天會有些吵。
樓下就是咖啡店，喝了一杯，服務熱心。
房間裝修品味不錯，毛巾什麼的都是一次性的。提個小建議是陽台的假花實在不好看，建議換點別的裝飾或者不如不要裝飾。

地理位置絕佳，出門就是小公園。附近美食也很多。樓下還有自己的咖啡店。老闆也很熱情，推薦了很多當地美食。尤其對寵物特別友好。必須要贊一下。
