The hotel environment is comfortable, and Xiao Huang even upgraded my room, the service was excellent. There's air conditioning and hot water, and the newly assigned room could be aired out a bit. The environment is quite good, I had a very comfortable stay for one night.

the location is great for travelers needing for early train. however, the hotel is very dated. we noticed a incessant noise that sounded like chairs being dragged across the room but could figure our what its was. this happened the whole night and during the day. the staff offered to switch room for us but just out ear plugs in. it was deduced to be dated pipes that run throughout the building. we were in room 810 so beware if youre assigned that room

The air conditioning in the room was noisy, it felt very damp, and there was a strong musty smell when I entered.

I like the location which is easy to find restaurant, and can see a nice downtown city. it's also near to the Railway station. But the counter service needs to be improved. the hotel room is clean and has fresh air. It's good to reserve again next time.

The room is spacious and it's within walking distance to the metro station. There are plenty of dining options near the station, and it's a convenient hour-long metro ride to the airport.

This hotel have great location sane time service are good as they have very long history... But they should pay attention for maintenance or a\c Curtains and much more to renew, but generally is okay room big breakfast good have both Chinese and western buffet

Good location. Just five minute walks from a big shopping mall including Walmart. Good restaurants around. Sometimes it smelled cigarettes.

Leaving aside the holiday price hikes, the environment is absolutely awful, not even worthy of a three-star rating. The tissues were covered in dust, the shower faucets were broken, and the water was spraying everywhere. I originally planned to stay two nights, but after one night I immediately wanted to check out. The lousy hotel wouldn't let me get a refund, saying it wasn't allowed. When I called the hotel, a woman said, "Why didn't you say so earlier? They say it's a holiday and refunds aren't allowed because rooms are scarce." Ugh, what a terrible place! I was ripped off. I ended up paying over 170 yuan in penalty fees to get a refund. Two nights would have cost over 1700 yuan. If I had known the environment was like this, who would have stayed here? Don't go there, everyone. It's like a guesthouse from the 1960s.
