This is a small hotel near to Zhong Shan garden and around the hotel have restaurants for local foods. The breakfast provided is simples, a bread with a sausage and pack of milk pack in a paper bag.

city boutique hotel is conveniently located very near to the zhongshan park, 1km from the river and 1.6km from the shantou old city. there are many delicious eateries in the area. the hotel environment is quiet especially the rooms in the inner ring. there is a washing machine and detergent for free usage. drying in the aircon room takes about a day or two. if the weather permits, you can go up to the roof to dry your clothes. front desk and housekeeping does a good job and are polite and helpful. wifi is very fast. the bed is very comfortable. the room is spacious. i like the wooden floor in the room, cleaner than carpet. the corridor is carpeted, so dirt under your shoes is trapped outside and the sound of footsteps is minimized. i enjoyed my one month stay here.

A modern, clean hotel located not far from Shantou old town (20 minute walk). No restaurant or breakfast but many places nearby. Ideal for a couple of nights. Easy check in and check out.

I only wish that the hotel was located closer to the Old Town of Shantou, which is the highlight of the city. I was also taken aback to find three used cigarettes in the shower. This surprises me since I often opt for this hotel chain when I visit other cities in China and so this lapse in standards surprised me but did not impact my trip.
