環境：環境好 風景好 空氣新鮮 整個酒店拍照都很出片 還有辦公的地方 前台出去還能曬太陽 有游泳池 但我們這個季節確實也不敢嘗試 去的那幾天風很大 下次來可嘗試
服務：服務真的非常好 因為酒店比較難找 入住酒店前就已經聯繫我們 跟我們説瞭如何進酒店 服務也是隨叫隨到 最後一晚我們點外賣點不上來 工作人員還給我們送小魚仔吃 真的特別好

我是游泳池面向的房間 那個房間我覺得是我住過（或者同行人住過）最好的一個房 那個房很大 還有一面全身鏡 我們先是衹定了兩間 想看看汕頭好不好玩 後面續房一天 我們的房已經被人定了 衹能換房間 去了好幾間房 還是覺得開始那個最好 酒店工作人員真的特別棒 給我們打掃房間衞生的時候 還幫我們把衣服疊起來 化粧品收在化粧包裏 真的特別特別貼心 這個酒店是我住過最開心且體驗感最好的一個
唯一我覺得不太行的就是吹風機風力太小 但是總體感覺超級棒的 給人很放鬆的感覺"

古色古香的庭院立刻將喧囂隔絕在外。青苔斑駁的石階通往竹影婆娑的休憩區，藤蔓纏繞的涼亭裏錯落擺着幾組桌椅，連空氣都帶着潮汕特有的濕潤清甜。
負責接待的小哥是位笑容爽朗的汕頭本地人，特意為我沖了鳳凰單樅，看茶葉在白瓷杯裏舒展成墨綠色的雲朵，茶湯泛起琥珀色的漣漪，配着潮汕特色的”工夫茶”手法，三巡過後整個人都熨帖下來了，果然入口是山泉般清冽的蘭花香，尾調又帶點絲絲的甘甜。
步行五分鐘就能到萬象城，出行非常方便。酒店還能接送機場，省心多了。"

"房間很乾凈，入住會送茶包和水果還有小朋友的挖沙玩具，退房又送了個財神公仔，入住一次收到兩份禮物，女兒非常開心。前台小哥還幫我把行李提上樓，非常給力。酒店還送了水上樂園門票，應該有挺多項目的，不過我們只是帶娃去了樂園裡麪的沙灘，人少，很舒服，因為天氣原因海灘浪大，還有酒店工作人員專門負責在海邊提醒客人不要下海，安全責任意識很好，安全感十足，再次好評。春節期間酒店還組織了很多民俗活動，包括英歌舞表演（我女兒好愛英歌舞，從下午2點半看到5點，直到舞者下班她才捨得回）。總結就是房間，服務啥的都沒啥缺點，春節期間人少，還有活動可以看可以玩，已經推薦朋友下次來汕頭住這裏了。下次有機會再來。"

"酒店看着像是一個比較資深的當地公家招待所，室內稍稍小了一點，但是設備都還不錯，地理位置還是不錯的，靠海，就是離市區比較遠，我們是自駕的，開車到萬象城那塊需要半個小時。
圖三是我們進房間發現的，被子上好大一個黑色腳印，立馬叫了客服來換，阿姨還是蠻熱情的，但是拿來的被罩上又有一個紅色大口紅印，暈死了～過年了，人流量大了，但是起碼的衞生還是要有保障啊！"

"帶小朋友來潮汕旅遊，第一站汕頭選擇了評分很高的雲川1900，隱藏在寫字樓裏的寶藏民宿，首先風格是我一直偏愛的極簡復古風，很小資也很精緻，有種讓人安靜下來的清冷感。房間配品都很有質感，一看就是精心準備的，衞生很好，對於像我這種有潔癖且對居住環境要求比較高的住客，已經可以打高分了，這裏的服務人員雖然話不多，但很認真，每次詢問，有問必答，很有耐心。每天可以喝到管家專做的咖啡，有種訂酒店還贈送專屬咖啡館的驚喜。贈送了旅拍，雖然是送的，但拍出來還挺不錯的。除此之外，地理位置優越，吃喝方便。推薦+好評。"

"回到老家，入住這家老牌的五星級酒店。前台人員得知我們是喜事要下聘，安排了好的房號給我們。有特殊要求告知銷售部的徐經理，對方特意去借了小圓桌和紅布給我們去擺東西。退房前還點了中餐廳的紅丸湯，口味很好，酒店的服務都很棒。"

"潮汕行三個酒店感覺最棒的酒店！酒店就在小公園裡麪車開不進去，快到了和管家聯繫來接，見到管家小林的那刻就覺得特別親切，兩個行李箱他堅持自己拿，走進小公園頓感熱鬧非凡，走了沒有2分鐘就到了酒店，酒店就是在百貨大樓邊上，是個騎樓建築，外觀設計很現代了，和邊上的百年建築百貨大樓相比在兩個時代。刷卡進酒店服務人員就端來了精緻的茶水，喝了一杯茶就拿到房卡進房間了，酒店走廊設計的非常精緻，所看之處都是滿眼的驚喜。開門後進入房間更是覺得眼前一亮！已經無法用語言描述了，上圖吧！亮點説下：早餐為套餐中餐西餐潮味和火鍋四種，我們住兩晚正好都品嚐了一遍，儀式感和味道都不錯，五樓的露台下午茶，休息同時可以看小公園風景。房屋的內部軟件以及衞生和酒店所有人員的服務非常好！酒店人員可以隨時幫着到外面拍照，這個可以替代不喜歡各種擺拍的家屬，得到了心儀的照片。總結：追求品味要求高的一定要住這家酒店，絕對不會失望！"

AAnh-BaoThe grand hotel is located in the city of Chaoyang - a small industrial city - possibly best known for it’s production of undergarment. Chaoyang is approximately 39-45 minutes (by car) away from Shantou city center.
The hotel has recently been elaborately renovated which explains why it - for the most part - looks like it was just recently built and opened. Older reviews are therefor inaccurate.
I visited a friend in the city and during my stay I enjoyed the comfort of one of the hotel’s two-room business suites. Both rooms (living room and bed room) can be separated by a proper door. The bedroom has its own nice big bathroom with a toilet, huge shower and sink.
In the hallway (before the living room) there is a restroom with its very own toilet and sink. This is very practical if you plan to receive guests in your business suite - because they won’t have to walk through your bedroom in order to use the toilet.
I never had a business suite before but when I saw the price and the pictures I suspected it could be an amazing deal - and it absolutely was. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel has a small restaurant that offers a good Chinese breakfast. A spa and karaoke-bar are located inside the hotel. In my business suite I I never noticed the bar. No noise. I was going to visit the the spa but it was closed due to renovation.

PPengguna TetamuSaya sangat kagum dengan hotel ini walaupun hanya di luar kawasan utama bandar, berjalan perlahan sejauh 2 kilometer. Penerimaan tetamu adalah sangat cekap dalam mendaftar masuk dan memperuntukkan bilik kami di tingkat 10. Bilik itu besar mengikut piawaian yang kami biasa di Barat, manakala katilnya betul-betul betul dan sangat selesa. Kos penginapan 2 malam kami adalah sangat murah dengan sarapan mengikut mana-mana standard walaupun Chaoyang bukan bandar baris pertama. Perkhidmatan yang kami dapat tiada tandingannya, terutamanya wanita meja depan malam - Suki Li dan lelaki muda meja depan siang hari - Alan Cheng. Mereka membongkok ke belakang untuk membantu terutamanya dengan putonghua saya yang terhad dengan bercakap dalam bahasa Kantonis. Mereka membantu dengan tempahan teksi apabila saya tidak dapat kerana saya tidak mempunyai nombor telefon bimbit tempatan serta cuba menggunakan mesin layan diri automatik yang berkod QR mengikut norma di China. Sarapan pagi adalah campuran makanan timur dan barat. Saya gembira kerana hotel ini mempunyai teh sarapan Inggeris yang lazat tidak seperti kebanyakan orang lain yang kami telah menginap, tambahan pula, mesin kopi layan diri boleh menghasilkan kopi yang memuaskan yang memuaskan hati isteri (2 shot expresso ditambah 1 flat white atau 1 Americano) . Satu-satunya aduan yang saya ada ialah tiada kuasa susu atau susu segar yang tersedia di dalam bilik untuk membuat teh atau kopi, ia adalah satu isu yang perlu dipertimbangkan oleh pengurusan hotel dalam masa terdekat. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini telah dibersihkan dan moden. Saya tidak teragak-agak untuk mengesyorkannya.

PPengguna TetamuVery nice place to stay. Everything was perfect and the place is clean. The service is good!! The staff helped us to clean the clothes and we really appreciate this!! The only bad thing is the size of the toilet, it would be great if the toilet can be slightly bigger. And hopefully they could place a bathroom mat in the bathroom, this would be safer to the elderly customers or kids.

LLeeThis hotel is in a very good location for walking to different tourist destinations.
There is the food street nearby, I would say about 5 minutes walk. The shops are open until very late at night, even around 10 pm there were people on the street eating.
Also nearby are the big malls Mix C. It's about a 15 minute drive from the 小公園 tourist hotspot. So our itinerary was to go from the railway station to the small park first and walk around and eat there. Then take a rest at the hotel and then go to the food street area.
The service at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was great and had lots of selection. There was a noodle station. There was a congee station and tofu station. There were lots of western choices as well. At night apparently there is some free congee but we were too full to try it.
The rooms were well laid out and had all the items you would need such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. The staff around the whole hotel were well trained and very friendly. Everyone was helpful and would greet you. The cleanliness was very good and much better than other similar level hotels.
I would live here again on my next trip to Shantou.

AAnton_HartA Valuable Hotel Apartment at the Downtown Shantou
The hotel located on the uppler floor of Chicony mall, it is very strategic. The room was spacious and high ceiling so the air condition was good. The amanities are complete. The facilities also complete like semi furnished apartment. The staff also helpful and friendly. Upgrade room to sea view was very wonderful view. Every wake up in the morning We can see sunshine, sea and downtown traffic.
AC and water heater were working well. Projector TV can be a movie entertainment in the evening. The digital door lock make it safer.
One thing that can be improved is the bed hardness. Softer bed layer may be better for better quality sleep.
But overall this is the most valuable hotel apartment in Shantou. Next time will spend the night in this hotel. No doubt.

AAlexis S. LimFirstly, the location of the hotel is mid-way between the HSR station, which still takes about 15 min on the road. It was a little misleading when booking the hotel as I thought it was next to MixC. Guess it pays to read more carefully next time. The hotel is brand new with a restaurant only. The room is wonderfully clean, with comfortable linen, pillows and a high pressure hot shower. There are no bar/ cafe services as most of the guests either head out early and return late after enjoyed their dinner in the local restaurants. What was unpleasant was there was a man who made a huge commotion out of the room type he had booked. He spoke very loudly and was uncouth in his mannerism. The hotel staff could have had brought him to a quieter corner to resolve the dispute. Hence the service of the frontdesk may need more training to handle such unpleasant guests check-ins. When I asked for recommendations to nearby eateries, no one gave me any suggestions except to head to the famous food street. Lucky thing for Dianping and a friend who was local who could help me search for a breakfast place that was within walking distance. Lastly, with such new facilities, the greatest area for improvement would be investment in staff training. That would raise the overall impression and experience at the hotel stay. :)

MMohamad AnasThe hotel is very hygienic and modern. The room is large, clean and was cleaned daily and equipped with toothbrushes, razor blades and room shoes. Next to the hotel there is a large supermarket and a little further there is a small mall with shops, also this is close to many toy markets of Shantou chenghai district.
The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and there is a laundry room that guests can use. All in all a very pleasant stay.

I requested for help with the television and the staff was very efficient and helpful. One disappointment is the efficiency of the wifi and charging battery is way too slow.
