Katilnya lembut dan selesa. Barangan pakai buang disediakan sepenuhnya. Terdapat teh layan diri di lobi. Satu-satunya perkara yang buruk ialah penebat bunyi dan penghawa dingin. Penebat bunyi tidak begitu teruk. Anda boleh mendengar sedikit bunyi kuat dari koridor atau bilik sebelah. Kipas penghawa dingin benar-benar kuat! Selagi isipadu udara dinaikkan, ia akan berpusing. Adakah ia lalat dalam salap?
Sanitasi: Keseluruhan sanitasi kelihatan baik semasa saya mendaftar masuk. Selepas tinggal untuk hari kedua, saya terus menemui lipas kecil di dalam tandas...

I would especially like to recognize the young lady who was on duty at the reception on the night of 25 October 2024. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we had a memorable experience with her assistance. It was around 10:30 pm when my wife and I encountered difficulties connecting to the apartment’s Wi-Fi. Despite the late hour, she showed remarkable patience and kindness, helping us resolve the issue promptly and with genuine care.
Her dedication and customer-focused attitude made a significant difference in our stay, and we felt genuinely valued as guests because of her professionalism and attentiveness. Employees like her truly enhance the reputation of your establishment, and I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service.

Love the room and its cleanliness. Room is also comfortable. Pillows are great! The only downside is the windows are very thin. We could hear the traffic downstairs very clearly and it’s quite noisy. I had to sleep with ear plugs. I also kept smelling cigarette in the room. Could be another guest smoking in another room.

PPengguna Tetamu第一次來汕頭玩，雖然時間短暫，但每次出遊都最注意住宿，畢竟一天的休息要在舒適的環境下進行。這家民宿真的很好，地理位置超方便，硬件設施好，服務態度很親切，夜晚還有自家的燉湯，料很足。每個房間一個小院子，天氣好的時候在外享受下咖啡很愜意。因為行程原因，特地和管家商量延遲退房，也是十分爽快的答應了，非常體貼。下次還會來住這家。

PPengguna TetamuSaya sangat kagum dengan hotel ini walaupun hanya di luar kawasan utama bandar, berjalan perlahan sejauh 2 kilometer. Penerimaan tetamu adalah sangat cekap dalam mendaftar masuk dan memperuntukkan bilik kami di tingkat 10. Bilik itu besar mengikut piawaian yang kami biasa di Barat, manakala katilnya betul-betul betul dan sangat selesa. Kos penginapan 2 malam kami adalah sangat murah dengan sarapan mengikut mana-mana standard walaupun Chaoyang bukan bandar baris pertama. Perkhidmatan yang kami dapat tiada tandingannya, terutamanya wanita meja depan malam - Suki Li dan lelaki muda meja depan siang hari - Alan Cheng. Mereka membongkok ke belakang untuk membantu terutamanya dengan putonghua saya yang terhad dengan bercakap dalam bahasa Kantonis. Mereka membantu dengan tempahan teksi apabila saya tidak dapat kerana saya tidak mempunyai nombor telefon bimbit tempatan serta cuba menggunakan mesin layan diri automatik yang berkod QR mengikut norma di China. Sarapan pagi adalah campuran makanan timur dan barat. Saya gembira kerana hotel ini mempunyai teh sarapan Inggeris yang lazat tidak seperti kebanyakan orang lain yang kami telah menginap, tambahan pula, mesin kopi layan diri boleh menghasilkan kopi yang memuaskan yang memuaskan hati isteri (2 shot expresso ditambah 1 flat white atau 1 Americano) . Satu-satunya aduan yang saya ada ialah tiada kuasa susu atau susu segar yang tersedia di dalam bilik untuk membuat teh atau kopi, ia adalah satu isu yang perlu dipertimbangkan oleh pengurusan hotel dalam masa terdekat. The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy.
A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers.
Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous.
In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

AAnh-BaoThe grand hotel is located in the city of Chaoyang - a small industrial city - possibly best known for it’s production of undergarment. Chaoyang is approximately 39-45 minutes (by car) away from Shantou city center.
The hotel has recently been elaborately renovated which explains why it - for the most part - looks like it was just recently built and opened. Older reviews are therefor inaccurate.
I visited a friend in the city and during my stay I enjoyed the comfort of one of the hotel’s two-room business suites. Both rooms (living room and bed room) can be separated by a proper door. The bedroom has its own nice big bathroom with a toilet, huge shower and sink.
In the hallway (before the living room) there is a restroom with its very own toilet and sink. This is very practical if you plan to receive guests in your business suite - because they won’t have to walk through your bedroom in order to use the toilet.
I never had a business suite before but when I saw the price and the pictures I suspected it could be an amazing deal - and it absolutely was. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel has a small restaurant that offers a good Chinese breakfast. A spa and karaoke-bar are located inside the hotel. In my business suite I I never noticed the bar. No noise. I was going to visit the the spa but it was closed due to renovation.

YYipLocation is near everywhere yet not near everywhere. It's in the middle of everywhere and is considered excellent location if you have access to DIDI transport. As a foreigner, such location would be a huge challenge if only relying on roadside hailing of taxi. The hotel main entrance is in the middle of both ”dropoff” points so either side, still have to walk a little. Not a big issue, unless it's summer which is exactly the season of this trip. even a 1min walk in 35degree is uncomfortable.
Housekeeping is done daily, place is kept very clean, service is amazing, upon check-in, add the front office guy on your wechat and if you need anything or any information, it's just a text away. They don't provide proper towels tho, instead they give 4 one time use towel
Room itself is very nice and interesting, it's a loft unit with high ceiling (I think it should be 6m height), so it's divided with a loft to form 2 ”rooms”. Decor nicely done with curtains for privacy for both rooms. Ample lighting, washing machines inside the unit itself, but dryer is only available at the office which means you have to lug your newly washed clothes down the elevator, hop on the opposite low rise lift and head over to the office to access the dryer
Would I stay here again? I'll explore other hotels that is within walking distance to good food, but cleanliness is still my top priority and this hotel ticked that box

MMohamad AnasThe hotel is very hygienic and modern. The room is large, clean and was cleaned daily and equipped with toothbrushes, razor blades and room shoes. Next to the hotel there is a large supermarket and a little further there is a small mall with shops, also this is close to many toy markets of Shantou chenghai district.
The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and there is a laundry room that guests can use. All in all a very pleasant stay.

KKoh KWe are from Singapore, and this is our first visit to Shantou after Covid-related restrictions in China caused some confusion with Alipay and WeChat before we arrived. The two front desk staff, 彤彤 and 小 珊, truly made us feel safe and hassle-free during our stay.
彤彤 was incredibly patient, guiding us on how to use Alipay and WeChat to book taxis, make payments for food delivery, and even have food sent to our room.
小 珊 took the time to explain and recommend excellent local dining options around the hotel. My husband and I are genuinely grateful for their sincere assistance during our three-night stay.
The hotel room was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated the tea set and the complimentary tea samples that allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea in the room. The bathtub was clean, and the sensor light in the toilet was a thoughtful touch.

酒店房间宽敞而干净。我特别喜欢茶具和免费茶样，这使我们可以在房间里享受一杯茶。浴缸很干净，卫生间的感应灯是一个贴心之举。

AAnh-BaoThe hotel is conveniently located close to the old part of Shantou (10-15 minute walk) with plenty of shops, conveniently stores, pharmacies and restaurants within 5 minutes radius. You need to walk two minutes to get to the big gongyuen (park). The rooms with queensize beds are big enough. Public areas and rooms are kept fairly clean and bug free. I have seen a lot worse in other Shantou hotels.
Bathrooms are OK. They are kept clean enough but will soon need a bit of renovation. By that I mean that some of the silicone along the glas walls and some
of the edges along the tiled walls are a bit moldy. But again - Ive seen a lot worse in other Shantou hotels.
Bathrooms are also a bit old and simple - as is true for many other Shantou hotels. By that I mean that you get a bathroom with door, sink, toilet and shower but the shower is NOT a separate space with its own shower pan and walls/doors. As a result most of the bathroom floor is wet once you have showered.
The hotel has a nice and clean laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer and a sink. Laundry detergent is provided. I would rather have one washing machine and two dryers as I had to wait for the dryer on several occasions.
Hotel has no restaurant so you cannot book breakfast. Friendly staff.
Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes - if the price is right - which is basically a matter of timing. I stood in Shantou for a couple days - left - came back - left - came back. During this time the price for a room at this hotel heavily fluctuated (almost doubled). So - if the price is on the higher end of the spectrum I would rather pay a bit on top and get a „better“ hotel. If price is on the lower end of the spectrum I would happily book and stay at Binyue Hotel.
