This stay experience is full! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was amazed by the oversized room. The space was spacious and there was no sense of restraint. It was super suitable for relaxing and resting. Parking was more worry-free. The free parking lot had plenty of parking spaces and easy access. It was a boon for me who traveled by car! What touched me most was the service of the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning, they were warm and thoughtful, responsive, and every detail could feel their intentions. A treasure hotel with such a high cost performance will definitely choose next time!

The room was spotless. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful, even providing recommendations for local sightseeing routes. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-6 minute walk to Xinghua Beef Hotpot restaurant. Right outside the hotel, shared electric scooters are available, offering a convenient way to get to the Square Ferry for the 1-yuan ferry ride, which also makes it easy to visit Xiaogongyuan (Little Park). I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

MM49702****1. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and the front desk staff, seeing we had a child, very kindly upgraded us to a 'Submarine Adventure' themed family room. Our child loved it, and we're very grateful.
2. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained in all aspects, and the service is excellent. Minor issues were resolved promptly. There's complimentary licorice fruit available daily. A bellhop recommended an ice cream shop with delicious mango milk ice, which we ended up visiting twice.
3. The hotel's location is excellent, close to MixC World, Suning Plaza, and Longyan South Road. We could walk to Longyan South Road for food and drinks, and then walk back to digest after a big meal. There's so much good food in Shantou, it's definitely worth a second visit.

The front desk staff, particularly the kind-hearted young lady with the bob cut – I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, but she deserves a special mention – was wonderful. Every time we came in, she offered us plum juice. And there's so much more! The cleaning staff were genuinely diligent; I actually saw them meticulously cleaning other vacated rooms, paying attention to every nook and cranny. For Mid-Autumn Festival, they even gave me a lot of delicious mooncakes. Shantou wasn't as amazing as I'd heard in terms of food and attractions, but this hotel is truly my biggest takeaway from the city.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Yuhouse High Altitude Sea View Loft Apartment (Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Branch) with my family. We booked a total of six rooms, and all of them were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breathtaking sea view made our stay even more enjoyable.
Even though we never met the staff in person, their service was still excellent. They responded quickly to our inquiries via WeChat, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and convenient.
The only slight drawback was the location, which was average in terms of accessibility. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip as a family and would highly recommend this place for those looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with a beautiful view!

GGuest UserFor this two-day trip to Shantou with our group of 5 (including kids), after much deliberation, we finally chose Mi Xiaoniao. Its location is excellent, being close to Longyan South Road Food Street, Xiaogongyuan, and Mixc City. Upon check-in, we were pleased to find the room type exactly as pictured (I particularly appreciated that the beds offered some privacy). The cleanliness was also excellent, and the nearby eateries recommended by the wonderful customer service staff were great. We especially enjoyed the street behind Danxia Beef Noodle Restaurant, which offered delicious, chewy mango sticky rice, various Instagrammable cafes, breakfast spots, and more.
We made a special trip to Longbei Market to try the various shrimp and beef balls from Shengxing and Longbei Nanxing's stalls, which were all fantastic. The price difference per 500g between the two was only about 5-10 yuan. By chance, we met the owner of Jia Zhipai Seafood inside the market and bought her raw marinated mantis shrimp. They were small but incredibly fresh, some even containing roe. I was initially worried they might upset our stomachs, but we had absolutely no issues – thankfully! The glutinous rice cake crab looked very tempting, but we didn't dare try it, so we passed on that. We also bought braised goose liver, goose meat, goose wings, and goose feet from a popular stall at the market entrance where many locals were dining. The goose liver was a highlight: savory, aromatic, incredibly tender, and melted in your mouth. Even the kids, who usually dislike liver, were fighting over it! I'd recommend pairing it with congee, as it can be a bit salty on its own.
Every evening after checking in, the customer service staff would bring us comforting warm soy milk, which was incredibly soothing for our stomachs after a whole day of indulging in local delicacies. They were incredibly responsive to our needs, always going the extra mile. The kids even commented on how gentle and wonderful the staff member was. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Shantou! 😘😘

**Facilities:** The parking lot is huge, and the lobby is quite luxurious. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it was very spacious and nice.

My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.
