The Vienna hotel offers a very spacious room with great views over the harbour, and was well-stocked with anemities. A very pleasant stay overall.

The facilities and decor are quite outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s and 90s. The amenities are also lacking; there's no refrigerator or washing machine, and the air conditioner fan makes a loud, unpleasant noise, disrupting sleep. Cleanliness is acceptable, but the carpet is a bit dirty due to its age. At this price, it's not worth the money at all.

If you need a place to sleep at night, absolutely do not book this hotel, because it is incredibly noisy. It costs nearly 600 yuan a night, and not only does it have no windows, but you can also hear the wailing and screaming from the karaoke bar downstairs. The service is also rather indifferent; you'd be better off with a cheap, no-name hotel. Definitely avoid this place.

First, the environment is terrible. It's very old, the environment is awful, and the room smells awful.
Second, the customer service staff are rude and incompetent. I booked a business room, which was more expensive than a regular room, and it was incredibly noisy. I called to complain about the noise, and the front desk said, "Because there are air conditioning units all over the place upstairs, there's nothing we can do. I can help you check out." It was past midnight, and instead of helping me resolve the issue, they offered to refund me. The staff here have absolutely no ability to help customers; they wouldn't even provide earplugs, just keep saying they can't give me a refund. This isn't a proper hotel, it doesn't even qualify as a hotel, and I will never come back.

There are many late-night snack stalls around the hotel. There is a KTV on the 4th and 5th floors downstairs. There are three fast charging stations on the first floor (1.4 yuan/kWh). The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me two breakfast coupons. The room had a little smell and it was OK. Accept it, overall good and very cost-effective.

The hotel is really old; I was woken up by a phone call at 1 a.m., and the person who answered didn't say anything. This morning I asked the front desk why they were calling, and they said they hadn't. I said, "Where else could they call from?" They said no. That means they haven't managed the front desk properly, or maybe it's a scam.
