This time we drove from Xi'an to Zhuhai. It was already very late when we passed through Shaoguan. The hotels did not have suitable rooms due to their proximity to Centennial Street. I casually ordered this one. I plan to change hotels tomorrow. But upon check-in I found the equipment, decor, hygiene, service attitude were very good. Breakfast drinks are delicious. Extremely high value for money. So do not change hotels, stay 1 more day. Highly recommended for self-drive (plenty of parking), tourist can stay.

It was a very happy trip and the stay was a good experience. The hotel is very good overall. The front desk service is very good and very considerate. The decoration style of the front lobby and the overall facilities of the rooms and the placement of the items in the rooms are all very comfortable. There is a Spicy Hotpot near the hotel that tastes great. I recommend you try it. Rice bed. A good choice for resting separately with the kids in a good range. The room is relatively large, and it would be better if it could be designed to separate dry and wet areas. Downstairs is the living area, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. You can reach the riverside for a walk within ten minutes on foot.
Facilities: There is a Siemens washing machine and dryer. You may not be familiar with using it. You have to press the button to operate and select. The clothes are not completely dry and may even be damp. It probably takes an hour longer than my dryer. The lights in the laundry room need to be plugged in with a card. Blue Moon Laundry Detergent. No disinfectant.
Service: Breakfast is free for two children. It is very rich and the best one in five days. Although there are not many Western snacks, the Chinese food is very complete. The laundry room and restaurant on the fourth floor also require swiping a card to select the floor.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Auntie Jie is still cleaning the room at eleven o'clock. The new hotel has no smell and the carpet is very comfortable and clean.

Good location. The hotel itself is very close to the train station. Besides that, the building itself has a shopping mall and there are few different types of cuisine restaurants in it.
Uniqueness and cleanliness. It's quite interesting that they have the room type of loft design. The room is spacious and the cleanliness is good.
Bar. There are quite a few types of interesting craft beers which quite nice to try out.
Cons:
Amenities in room. There are only dental kits set up inside the room.They'll only provide the other amenities when you request.
Varieties of food options in the restaurant. Too few varieties to be chose for breakfast and it's the same thing repeated. Only one option for each Chinese and Western cuisine and you choose either one.

GGerardus Maria GemmaOur stay at the Home of Mountains Hotel near Danxiashan was truly amazing and memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality and service of the owner and staff. We were invited to join them in picking plants from the garden, which were later used to make delicious homemade dumplings. We also got to taste other homemade delicacies, adding to the homely atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the main gate of Danxiashan Geopark. We highly recommend this hotel as it is undoubtedly the best in the entire area.

GGuest UserLooks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

I wanted to give it a try, so I called the B&B’s contact number and asked if there was any other means of transportation. You can go near the B&B. Then the lady boss answered the phone. Without saying a word, she added her WeChat account and sent her the location. Within ten minutes, she drove over and picked us up. Then let’s talk about the environment of the B&B. The window of the room is facing the entrance of Danxia Mountain. It only takes five minutes to walk there. There is a comfortable rocking chair in the room. After going to Danxia Mountain every day, sitting in the rocking chair at night will eliminate all fatigue. The hygiene of the bathroom and room is quite guaranteed. Hot water supply is also sufficient. Finally, let’s talk about other things. The proprietress and her family are often at the B&B. If you have any questions or doubts about the road network, you can ask them directly. No matter what you ask, you can get a satisfactory answer. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt that the businesses within the scenic area are so good. Anyway, before I left, I told the boss’s father that I would stay at their house next time. GGuest UserWhen we arrived at the address given by City Comfort Inn we’re stunned to find the place an abandoned building. For a minute we thought we’re victims of a hotel scam. But a call to the hotel quickly sorted out the actual location which was just a little down the road.
The hotel seemed to be newly renovated with clean rooms and well maintained facilities.
However what we loved most was the location of the hotel. It was practically next door to the Shaoguan East Railway station & the bus station. From here we easily caught a bus to Danxia Mountain. At night we enjoyed walking to and along the FengDu Lu BuXingJie for our dinner. The next morning it was a breeze making our way to the Shaoguan Railway Station to take our train back to Guangzhou
City Comfort Inn fitted naturally and perfectly into our itinerary!
