I booked a view room, the view outside is as shown in the picture (one-story bungalow). The KTV was super loud and noisy at night, and the whole room felt like it was vibrating. Before checking in, I asked to reserve a quieter room on a higher floor. The front desk arranged the 6th floor and assured me that the 6th floor would not be noisy. The KTV is on the 2nd floor, and there is no sound on the 6th floor... Choose carefully.

First of all, the room was out of power. We contacted the customer service staff at the front desk to consult a cleaning lady who came to solve the problem but failed. It's not that I can't afford 30, but the waiting time, the processing process and the solution make the customers feel too much pressure and emotion; secondly, the KTV singing ended at nearly five in the morning, and I didn't get a good rest all night. Although there are earplugs on the fourth floor, they are useless. I will not go back here again. There was no such situation when I stayed at Lifeng before; This time, I was so disappointed. This time I booked a suite, which has a very high cost performance and a large area. There is a large cloakroom as soon as you enter the door, and there is another cloakroom in the bathroom. The most distinctive features are its four-separated bathroom, double washbasin and migratory line. The whole house is disinfected, and it feels very clean and fresh.

The hotel has its own parking lot, the front desk is professional and enthusiastic, there is no dedicated non-smoking room, and there is an air purifier. The room is spacious and bright, there is no night light, the water pressure of the shower is OK, there is a zero-pressure latex pillow, there is a self-service laundry room and a gym, and the breakfast is average. Because the karaoke of another tenant in the podium may disturb the guests, the hotel kindly wrote a notice and provided earplugs. At first I thought it was okay, but in fact it was "shot". After getting up at three in the morning, I heard singing one song after another, interspersed with dico, and it didn't stop until six in the morning. I heard that guests and residents complained one after another, and the hotel also reported to the relevant departments, but it was useless. If you have requirements for sleep, you can call the hotel to solve it when booking.

I went on a business trip and checked in at night. The front desk lady upgraded me to an executive king room for free and said it was quieter, which was very considerate. The room was clean and tidy, with an air purifier and a large balcony. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

I went to visit relatives during the National Day holiday and was delayed on the way. I booked it at the last minute in the evening. The price was not very cost-effective. It was 1 times more than usual, but I can understand it. Although the hotel is in an alley, it does not affect the convenience of the hotel at all. There are also many parking spaces in the hotel. There are convenience stores and supermarkets, hamburger shops, dessert shops, etc. at the door... Very convenient. In terms of service, I give the hotel 5 points. Every time I enter, the hotel service staff will take the initiative to say hello. But I give the hotel 0 points for the breakfast buffet. The hotel's transportation capacity cannot match the flow of people dining that day. I went to eat at 8:35. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was overcrowded. There were no seats. I found that the plates were empty in the food pick-up area. I took a cup to get a cup of tea, but there was no one. An old man actually took the coffee pot in the coffee machine and put it in his dining area. But I was drunk when the teapot was used. Since you can't accommodate so many people, don't sell so many breakfast coupons. It really affects your mood when you get up early in the morning.

I have never stayed in a LeFeng Hotel. When I checked in, the front desk was playing games while serving you. I was speechless. Then they told me that there would be noise in my room type and asked me to cancel the order if I didn't want to stay. If your boss knew about this, he would definitely vomit blood. The most vomiting thing was the KTV and foot massage bass on the second floor and the shouting of drunkards from 11 pm to 7 am. As an investor, you really need to coordinate well, otherwise every customer who comes in to stay will give a bad review, and there will be no returning customers at all.
