There is a KTV on the second floor. It felt like the whole room was shaking. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night. Even with earplugs, it didn't help. At 5 or 6 in the morning, the vegetable market started to be noisy again, which seriously affected my sleep. I slept until 12 noon and felt like I had just fallen asleep when my friend woke me up. My friend and I almost fell asleep at the table at noon.

I booked a view room, the view outside is as shown in the picture (one-story bungalow). The KTV was super loud and noisy at night, and the whole room felt like it was vibrating. There was no sound at 9 or 10 o'clock, but it was very loud at 11 o'clock. My family accompanied me to take the exam, and I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. Before checking in, I asked to reserve a quieter room on a higher floor. The front desk arranged the 6th floor and assured me that the 6th floor would not be noisy. The KTV is on the 2nd floor, and there is no sound on the 6th floor... Choose carefully.

A male manager took the stairs for half a day but did not come. We waited for nearly half an hour and were too tired. We hoped to change a room. But the aunt and the front desk replied to us: "You messed up the bed, and it costs 30 yuan for cleaning." So if I go to check if there are any hygiene problems on the bed, and if the quilt is not clean, do I need to change the room? It's not that I can't afford 30, but the waiting time, the processing process and the solution make the customers feel too much pressure and emotion; secondly, the KTV singing ended at nearly five in the morning, and I didn't get a good rest all night. Although there are earplugs on the fourth floor, they are useless. I will not go back here again. There was no such situation when I stayed at Lifeng before; This time, I was so disappointed. Because the karaoke of another tenant in the podium may disturb the guests, the hotel kindly wrote a notice and provided earplugs. At first I thought it was okay, but in fact it was "shot". After getting up at three in the morning, I heard singing one song after another, interspersed with dico, and it didn't stop until six in the morning. I heard that guests and residents complained one after another, and the hotel also reported to the relevant departments, but it was useless. If you have requirements for sleep, you can call the hotel to solve it when booking.

Then they told me that there would be noise in my room type and asked me to cancel the order if I didn't want to stay. If your boss knew about this, he would definitely vomit blood. The most vomiting thing was the KTV and foot massage bass on the second floor and the shouting of drunkards from 11 pm to 7 am.
