Hotel di Shaoguandong Railway Station/The History East Street, Shaoguan

預訂的是套房，實際入住發現並不是正規隔斷套房，整體就是一個超大開間。酒店裝修風格偏現代化，整體設施都比較新，多數電器為半自動設計，日常使用體驗還算可以。房間衞生整體中規中矩，打掃得比較整潔，日常住宿的基礎需求能夠滿足。 整體入住感受普通，沒有特別出彩的地方，但最大問題就是夜間噪音。酒店側邊緊鄰娛樂場所，前台衹説是KTV，但體驗下來更像是商K，深夜還有DJ打碟。嘈雜的音樂聲持續到凌晨三四點，整晚不斷，伴隨強烈的低頻震動，躺在床上感受很明顯。 對於需要早睡、睡眠淺的客人非常不友好，入住期間休息質量很差。建議酒店提前告知周邊環境噪音情況，加強樓層隔音改造。衹適合不介意熬夜、對安靜環境沒有要求的短期暫住，注重睡眠質量的朋友慎重選擇。

The building is very well built and maintained. Exceptionally clean. I was given an upgrade for a room on the 21 st floor, thank you! Two of the older staff on the front desk spoke English, the younger staff seemed very nervous around me as the only foreigner in town. I couldn’t find the gym. There is a pool, but only for the brave in winter. Handy location next to the mall and supermarket, not far from the the East bus station where you can go to the region’s main attraction. The hotel really needs a washing machine and clothes dryer for self service laundry. I found the bed very firm. Very good value for money.

I was in Shaoguan for a couple of nights for business and enjoyed the hotel and location so much that I booked an extra 3 nights. The rooms are modern and clean with USD outlets. The 15sqm Double Room is pretty compact so I upgraded to a 25sqm Superior Double Room with QB when I extended. It has a proper desk if you need to use your laptop. The staff are friendly. Simple breakfast but enough variety and some Western options. The location is a short walk to a huge walking/shopping street and a large shopping centre with a supermarket and food court. It's also around the corner from a massive park with a kid's fun park and rides. If you want to relax the 7th floor of the Ramada Hotel nearby has a great spa and massage.

本次入住體驗十分滿意。酒店地理位置優越，出行、覓食都很方便。客房打掃得很徹底，無異味，佈局清爽，床品柔軟好睡，夜間環境安靜。前台辦理入住效率高，服務熱情有禮，有需求都能及時響應。配套設施齊全，整體性價比在線，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，真心推薦

My first time coming to Shaoguan and get to stay in this lovely hotel. Although location wise may not be in city center, but I love the quietness and everything in here make you feel super special. Huge breakfast buffet selection, friendly service, comfortable room size and super clean, that’s all I want from a hotel. ☺️

Next door to unmmaned convenience store. Room is big enough for 2 pax. Daily housekeeping, it is a fully automated smart room with auto curtains and lights using xiaodu assistant. Bathroom lights can be brighter. Bed is comfortable and general lighting in the room is fine. It is great for any travellers that need a quick retreat from a busy lifestyle.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my three-night stay at your hotel. The level of service and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was luxurious and comfortable, providing a peaceful haven to relax in after a long day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and the delicious breakfast spread each morning was a delightful way to start the day. I cannot commend your hotel enough for creating such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

酒店就在風采樓旁，步行2分鐘就能到百年東街。到店入住全程順暢，前台小姐姐及倆實習生熱情有加，服務周到細緻，盡職盡責貼心。自助咖啡機、洗烘一體機、全屋智能系統、機器人送餐，科技感拉滿。推開門進房間，臨江臨街玻璃窗採光很棒，方便俯瞰城市風光。在這裏，你會發現，每一寸土地都訴説著不同的故事。可能因個人習慣或身體原因，感覺席夢思床睡感偏軟，舒適度有待改進。

Excellent location in Shaoguan. Next to the largest and newest mall. Hotel is new with an impressive arrival area. Breakfast. Good spread with good dim sum. They varied some the dishes ao that longer staying guests would have variety. Staff were pleasant and helpful in the dining hall Rooms. Nicely designed and quiet. Sheets are of great quality. Safe in room. Slippers provides. Conditioner for hair. Pillows were labeled and 2 firm ones and 2 soft ones provided. The only thing I can complain about is the headboard for the beds. It was visibly dirty. Amenities: indoor pool which we did not use. Gym with 3 treadmills and 1 elliptical and woke weights machines. Not bad overall but there was no water provided. Staff at reception: the older lady who served us when we checked in was excellent. She suggested places for us to go and was very enthusiastic about guiding us on top of sorting our check in details. The young male staff who attended to us when we checked out was unbelievably unhelpful and uninterested when we asked about a particular attraction. His answer was just no and don't know. Did not bother to help check with colleagues or make calls. This marred an otherwise good experience at Holiday inn. Conclusion Excellent hotel for the price point
