非常好的一次入住體驗，checkin手續十分快捷。去房間看了下，總體蠻通透乾淨，前台還告知定的房型較老，我去看了果斷補差價升級了房型。房間足夠大，不會擁擠，隔音也不錯，晚上睡的挺舒服，安靜，入住了一晚，總體都可以的，如果下次還來這邊玩，應該還是會選擇這⋯

柯橋的錦江早餐，涼菜熱菜水果兒都沒有，早餐太一般了。WiFi信號兒不好，夜裡還沒有網，用的都是自己的網，那個熱水，忽冷忽熱。設施陳舊，電梯超慢，停車要從後院提着行李，要走13級台階才能進到大堂。
服務不專業，前台接待的非常不專業，我們辦理入住，因為攜程給的是房間升級並且已經確認了，前台小姐説。這是你到的早，我們能給你升級，你到晚了，我們就不能給你升級了？這話真的不愛聽，確認了升級的房間，你憑什麼？決定給還是不給？酒店的裝修風格，跟錦江集團的裝修風格不搭，沒有那種簡潔的清新的感覺，反而覺得很土。設施陳舊，水龍頭也不好用。因為攜程的優惠，我等於是150塊錢拿的一個含雙早的大床房，前台小姐説你這個價格很低，平台給的優惠，但不能使你的服務水平降低。房間裏竟然還能塞進來**的小卡片，這也是我很少見的現象了。周邊吃飯方便。

因為是後半夜，所以搜了周邊酒店，一看是今年新開業的，抱着試一試的心態入住。入住體驗沒的説，經濟實惠，出行真的超級方便，我們來的有點晚，想着三個女孩子擠擠算了，沒想到前台小姐姐幫我們免升到電競棋牌套房，裏面兩張榻榻米的床，三個人睡真的超級安逸，遊戲機真的是愛了愛了，真的很好玩，後悔沒有早點發現這寶藏店，小姐姐還熱心提醒我們有一款遊戲通關可以免房費哦！太心動了！因為第二天還要早起去紹興市區，沒來得及體驗這款遊戲，太可惜了，衹能下次找機會體驗了！真的很推薦入住他們家

和家人去紹興玩的，訂了兩間房，酒店位置很好找，有地下停車場（酒店外麪左邊就是），停車免費，提前去前台輸入車牌號碼就行，前台工作人員服務態度很好，還幫我們行李寄存，酒店附近很多餐館飯店，也有商場，吃飯購物方便！房間內環境乾淨整潔，價格比較實惠，這次住宿體驗不錯。

GGracelulu房子地理位置很好，緊挨着徐渭藝術館，衹是門頭沒有標識，剛下車時候不太好找，面對徐渭藝術館的左邊進去就是。
文旅集團打造的酒店，設計很特別，兩進的院子，第一進大堂採光很好，空調卻也非常足，所以暑熱逼人的下午坐在大堂喝茶也很清涼愜意。這次住的觀棋，露台房沒有什麼景觀，但勝在房間挑空寬敞，有種住在老宅子裏的感覺，床和枕頭都很好，睡得很好。
還有夜床服務，送了牛奶和小吃，這個要贊一下。拖鞋是草編的，在這個夏季裏比五星厚厚那種拖鞋舒服太多。整體上是很不錯的體驗。

GGerriLovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away).
Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious.
Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets.
I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore.
A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi.
My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

Only downside is the restaurant area: only limited seats available especially during peak time such as Chinese new year holiday: but service team does its best to help you get food to go.

服務：酒店的服務很好前台還升級了豪華房，每個工作人員都會熱情的打招呼。
設施：房間乍一看挺温馨的，但在一個其實有點簡單了。有健身房但是游泳館説實在在改造，而且房間裏有些地方已經有點瑕疵了。
餐食：個人感覺酒店的早餐是挺簡單的，也有可能我是九點去的關係，兩位早餐需要加70有點不值得。

PPengguna TetamuGot there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

CChrisLocated on the 18th floor so take advantage of the convenience store to the right before you get on the elevator. Beautiful bright rooms, amazingly comfy mattress, nice flooring, big windows that take advantage of the elevation, smart TV, fast wifi and I like that the outlets beside the bed don’t require the key near the door: it’s easy to charge electronics when you’re out. Staff was great. Lots of Hellobikes in front.
As for the negatives, this place badly needs robot butlers as I got sick of fetching my deliveries from the lobby. Only a toothbrush kit and comb for dry amenities. Breakfast was unimpressive but cheap. No coffee at breakfast.
Overall I thought this place offered good value despite its downfalls and I’d recommend it.

BBaboucarrI want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience.
I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side.
The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street.
The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
