Stayed at this hotel for anniversary celebration at Dubai. Very friendly staff, accommodating, and great hospitality. Recommended!

Nice hotel clean and good service

Very neat and clean. We got a few upgrade as well. Much recommended to every type of traveller.

The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

Excellent staff especially monshia she is very helpful and and very professional she has excellent customer services skills I enjoy breakfast will be extending my stay

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Upon entering the room, I noticed a damp smell that lingered throughout my stay. The manager at the front desk was unfriendly and had an attitude, which made the check-in process unpleasant. On the positive side, the room had a nice view and was generally clean. The breakfast offered by the hotel was good and had a decent variety. However, the biggest issue was the hotel's surroundings. When we arrived, the entire area was submerged in sewage water, and the smell was unbearable. The hotel should not have sold rooms during this time or, at the very least, should have informed customers of the situation beforehand. Overall, while there were some good aspects, the negative experiences overshadowed them. I would not recommend staying here under the current conditions.

If you visit Sharjah city center, this hotel is a decent place to stay a night or two. Good service at the reception. Friendly staff. Large rooms. The gym operates 24 hours. The breakfast is a downside of this hotel though.

Nice location n room is clean and comfortable

Almost overall good , but while preparing check out in the early morning, a hot water pipe was broken nearby our rooms and could not take a proper shower to prepare for a long haul trip to Sydney :(.
